Dark moments make it appropriate only for older persons, but older persons will find they can't sit through the stunningly poor script. I only bought this because is was very inexpensive, and I thought I was getting Disneys the kid.

Review: I haven't seen the movie yet, I have one unopened copy. This is just a warning to those who want to buy this dvd expecting to get the Disney movie The Kid starring Bruce Willis. This is NOT that movie. In the product details, Amazon put Walt Disney as the studio that released this film, but it is not correct, it was Miramax Home Entertainment. This movie stars Jeff Saumier, Ray Aranha, Mark Camacho, Jane Wheeler and the legendary Rod Steiger. The dvd back cover boasts that this movie is like "Rocky Meets The Karate Kid." Again, this is not a review but just a helpful tip to those who want to buy this dvd.
