Summary: Amazing
Review: Andrew McCarthy has matured as an actor and he is still so gorgeous after all these years. This was such a great movie, and I am so glad that I bought it instead of just renting it. He is just so beautiful and still has some of the same acting characteristics that he had when he was in pretty in pink. It is a classic love story and I wouldn't have changed a scene in the entre movie...you should definitely buy it.

Summary: This movie sucks
Review: Do not buy this movie. It sucks. This movie doesn't even deserve all explanation why it sucks because it's that bad. If you want a review, go to http://www.boxofficemojo.com and look it up. It got F's for reviews.

Review: I first saw this movie on the Hallmark Channel and fell in love with it! I watched it three times and now ordered the video. It is a sweet, clean, romantic comedy that reminds me of days past. What a wonderful movie!

Summary: I loved it!
Review: I first saw this movie on the Hallmark channel. Then I had to track down the book (as it is out of print). I thoroughly enjoyed both. Of course, there are a few minor changes from book to film. One wonders what took Pamela Wallace so long to get this wonderful book onscreen. New Yorker Jordan Donovan wants to get married but her longtime boyfriend is reluctant to make a commitment. Her best friend answers a singles ad in her name and the rest of the movie takes us to the open land of Wyoming, to the cattle ranch of Tyler Ross, whose well-meaning sister places an ad for him with the agreement that if he meets just one woman, she will stop trying to set him up. Tyler lost his wife and child years ago and is still feeling guilty about falling for anyone new, especially anyone from New York City.

From the start both Tyler and Jordan had their lives all figured out. Jordan thinks she wants to marry her boyfriend, Edward. Tyler, still loyal to the memory of his wife, has no plans for any romance at all. They never figured on falling for each other. Sometimes, as Tyler's sister Laurie says, "what you want doesn't always come in the right package". Although there are a few bumps along the way, a truly romantic proposal at the end more than makes up for it. I've watched it many times and I never tire of it. Clean romance at its best!

Review: I just saw this movie last night. I enjoyed the romance but found the horse "training/whispering" scenes absolutely laughable.

As someone who owns and works with horses herself, I get very frustrated with Hollywood's romanticized and inaccurate portrayal of methods used to train horses as well as "Disneyfied" depiction of horse behavior.

Watch this movie for the love story but not the horses!

Review: I LOVED THE MOVIE! I saw it last evening for the first time with my husband. Yes, he actually sat through it. It was wonderfully acted. A great love story from start to finish. Great acting by Andrew McCarthy and Teri Polo.

Summary: FOR THE TRUE ROMANTIC - WHAT A LOVE STORY
Review: It appears that one person has no romance in its soul.
I know there are others.

Such a fabulous, tender love story -- should become a classic.
This movie does not depend on any torrid scenes. And is in keeping with the Hallmark style of good entertainment.

For a Wyoming widower to meet up with a New Yorker is a wonderful stretch of the imagination. Love that sister for her interference.
The color, the scenery, the horses - everything in the movie tuggs at the heart. Tenderly attacks the senses and leaves one with a feeling of love.

So many actors can't portray the tenderness and sorrow needed for a stong love story. Wow!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -- if you miss this one - you have denied yourself something special.

Review: One of the best movies I have ever owned. We watch it as a family all the time. Great stars/story/music etc. Thank you Hallmark Channel and Amazon for making it available to us.
