Review: I believe this to be a classic portrayal of "Borderline Personality Disorder" It should be a lesson to parents that you can never love your children enough, or forgive them enough. Money really doesnt make a person happy. We all want mainly to be loved and accepted. Excellent, sad movie.

Review: This is truly a piece of fiction based on a real woman named Gia.The film is exploitative to the max and might be offensive to her memory but she lived a fast short life.Angelina Jolie does an impressive job portraying the lost soul but the script needs to focus more on her inner workings.She feels loveless so she turns to heroin but there must be more to the story than that.I believe the real Gia was much more complicated than this movie gives her credit. But again Angelina does a great job with the material.

Review: I love this movie so much! It's my greatest movie of all time because it's funny, cute, wild, sexy, and sad. Everyone's performance is very convincing especially Angelina Jolie who is my favorite actress. She won Golden Globe and a SAG award for this movie. She puts so much heart into this movie that it seems like it was a documentary and she was the REAL supermodel, Gia Marie Carangi. She's almost in every scene of the movie and she is so BEAUTIFUL. This tragic movie will get your heart. You'll feel so much for Jolie and the life of Gia. I can't put into words how great Angelina Jolie is in this movie so... go get it and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Summary: The Sexiest strung out drug addict I have ever seen
Review: Angelina Jolie has been one of my favorite actresses for years, and her performance as Gia only srtengthened that feeling. She plays someone so needy and confused about herself and life that you want to reach into the screen and hold her gently in your arms. She screws up anything she touches, and yet you don't feel unsympathetic toward her at all. Excellent performance!!

Review: Angelina Jolie gives a genuine, absolutely heart-wrenching performance as Gia Carangi, supermodel. She portrays Gia's transition from a teenager to a supermodel struggling through issues including, but not limited to drugs, the fashion world, AIDS, and the general search for someone who truly cares. Although Angelina Jolie has suggested that her performance is "upstaged by her breasts" in this film, I disagree. She gives us a solid, three-dimensional look into the life of a woman who rode extreme highs and lows and was rarely in between. You will not be disappointed by her amazing (and award-winning) performance in Gia.
