Summary: Nice movie
Review: "Threesome" is a great movie, although it is different than most films of the genre. It's a fun movie to watch, yet melancholy at the same time. I think one reason for its charm is, it is so relative to reality, although the situation, to most, is not. I gave it four stars for this same reason; it always puts me in a weird state of mind by the end. But that is okay -- sometimes, 4/5 star movies are the best. Stephen Baldwin, Lara Flynn Boyle and Josh Charles all make great performances, and I found the "Catcher In The Rye" connection they added in the movie rather unique. To close, I enjoy this film every time I see it.

Many twists and turns arise, keeping audiences interested in every scene. All three lead actors perform at their career best in this film. Whether they're expressing sexual innuendo, suicidal tendencies, loneliness, or any others, they remain flawless in every scene. "Threesome" is a great comedy for those looking for something unique and sexually erotic. This is sure to keep audiences entertained for a long time, regardless the number of viewings.

Summary: Ugh Is Not a Strong Enough Condemnation
Review: "Threesome" is a movie about three college students (two males and one female) who wind up becoming involved in a threeway relationship because of a computer glitch. Alex (Lara Flynn Boyle) is forced to room with two male students, Eddy (Josh Charles) and Stuart (Stephen Baldwin), because the college has mistakenly assumed that she is a he when in fact she is a she.At this point, if you are really going to like this movie, you must put all common sense and your perception of reality out the window. Instead of finding some place else to live, as most women would do, Alex decides to make a go of it with her human error roommates. Things go horribly wrong at first. Predictably, according to Hollywood rules, a love triangle forms amongst the three after enough time has elapsed. The problem is that Stuart has fallen in love with Alex, Alex with Eddy, and Eddy with Stuart. Stuart is a wild, frat boy, college man who initially disgusts Alex. Alex is attracted to the sensitive, poetry reading type, like what Eddy is. Eddy it turns out is attracted to the wild, frat boy, college man type. I really needn't go on any further describing the movie. If you've been passed the sixth grade, you should be able to figure it out on your own. Ultimately, "Threesome" is a movie that is unoriginal in plot formation, devoid of any meaning or depth, and deals with something that is best left to the day dreams of a high school football team.

Summary: Wild Hedonistic Playful College Adventures
Review: A friend of mine owns this video and we watched it on a lazy Sunday night. I was loving it until it was almost over at which point she promptly turned it off. There were five minutes left but before I could complain she insisted that she refuses to see the end of the movie. She told me I could borrow the tape and watch it on my own time. Confused, I took the tape home and went to bed, thinking that it had been a very good movie. Later that week I went back and watched the last five minutes and I now understand why she insisted on turning it off. The ending is TERRIBLE. It's like the director made a great movie and then in the ending he felt guilty and decided that he had to throw some morals in. It ruined the movie. So watch this movie, enjoy it, think about all the wild hedonistic adventures you had in college, and then turn it off before it goes bad.

Review: An implausible pretext (girl-with-androgynous-name-mistaken-by- college-housing-computer-for-boy) and uninspired writing are salvaged only by occasionally winning performances from the attractive young cast. As an expression of Gay 90s liberation, though, the film is grossly unfair: the straight characters get to have intercourse, but the poor homosexual must settle for a fleeting caress of a Baldwin gluteus.

Review: As I am A college student myself, its a wonderful movie I think everyone should see. Especially now, when many people become less open-hearted. The movie shows what I experienced myself a few years ago and I wish it never ended. I saw the film only once but I will never forget it, especially because it depicted part of my feelings. Summary: Enjoyable, disturbing, honest...
Review: College life just as I experienced it myself. It is just amazing that such a scenario flourished in someone's head and had it performed with genuineness by brilliant actors. The end was disturbingly true and I admit I wish they had never parted from one another. But hey, life is life Thanks again

Summary: Must Watch!!!
Review: Despise all the poor and stupid comments from the well-paid magazine movie reviewers, this movie is definitely one of the best movie about college life. Certainly, this is not a movie that would make anyone believe it as a true story, it is just because no one, including me, would believe someone would be such open minded about their values and sexuality. This movie really shapes the friendship between the three characters (2 guys, 1 girl) very well, and the sex part in this movie is halarious. Notice: Total Open-mindedness is required. END

Summary: Triple your pleasure, triple your fun
Review: Due to a computer glitch, Alex (Lara Flynn Boyle) is classified as a boy by her college's housing department, and she's assigned to a suite with Stuart (Stephen Baldwin) and Eddie (Josh Charles). Alex reluctantly accepts the situation as she can't afford to live off campus. A curious scenario develops: Alex has eyes for Eddie, who's studious and bookish and might be gay, sexually brash and obnoxious Stuart likes the demure Alex (who can't stand him) and Eddie realizes he's attracted to Stuart. The unlikely trio explores themselves and their sexuality with an "us against them" attitude, or as Eddie puts it: "Those who get the joke, and those who don't". Very funny and thought provoking, and Boyle, Charles, and Baldwin seem to be tailor made for their roles. I'm sure this known but overlooked movie will achieve cult status over time.
