Summary: The best Movie Ever!!!!
Review: I think that the movie, The Truman Show was the best I have ever seen. Jim Carey did a marvelous job, and I think that if you see one movei this year, it ought to be the Truman Show.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: One of the best movies of the year!
Review: I am not a Jim Carey fan, and actually I don't like his previous movies at all. The Truman Show is however a great leap for Jim. The idea is fresh and the meaning is deep. It's one of the movies that makes you think philosophically. I can't say more, and you have to see it for yourself.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Fascinating Movie no sexual views no violence, perfect.
Review: I really enjoye this movie. Truman is a studio Born baby as he grows up with actors and his best frien d even turns out to be an actor for Christof,(Ed Harris Apollo13, The Right Stuff) director of the Truman show. Hey you should see it. pretty Damn good

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Brilliant, dramatic drama. You feel sorry for Truman a lot.
Review: Astounding film! The best film of the 20th Century. If you didn't like Titanic too much, this is the film for you. Truman Burbank (Jim Carrey) has had his life filmed from birth by Christof (Ed Harris). When somebody comes and tries to explain, he tries to escape. A must!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: This Film is great!
Review: This is one of the best films I ever saw!

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Paramount screws up again, but Truman still shines
Review: Paramount is consistently putting out the WORST DVDs. Truman Show is one of the most incredible movies ever -- every time I watch it I get a little more out of it. Unfortunately Paramount just does not seem to know how to make a quality DVD. Not only does this movie have no extras, and is not in wide screen as promised... but the transfer itself it very poor. The picture quality is very bad for a DVD. I am not sure who is running the show at Paramount but they should be fired for screwing up a masterpiece like The Truman Show.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: An extraordinary movie
Review: I just want to say that anyone with preconceived ideas about this movie should just set them aside and watch it! Yes, the premise seems kind of silly, and yes, the rest of Jim Carrey's movies suck, and yes, the previews show a couple of shots of him making goofy faces and saying goofy things that might make you think Oh God, not another Ace Ventura. But this movie's more of a drama than a comedy, and a pretty powerful one at that. Be careful though, it might actually make you stop and think about the stunts that the media gets away with in the real world. I hope Carrey makes more movies like these; he's finally shown his true potential.

Summary: BORING!!
Review: Actually, 1 star is too high a rating to give this movie. It was just plain boring! And stupid. Most people go to the movies to escape the reality of day to day life, if even for just an hour or two. When I saw it, I thought there was going to be something spectacular and interesting about this man and his life. But there is nothing. He gets up in the morning, goes to work, stops at the same news stand, then goes home. What is so spectacular and interesting about that? He doesn't even do anything funny that can justify the $3 I had to pay to rent this movie. I feel bad for those who spent $7.50 or more to see this in the theater.
