Summary: Excellent movie
Review: I loved this movie. It made me laugh, angry, and cry. I really enjoyed it and wanted to watch it again as soon as it finished. It really makes you stop and think.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Different from any other movie I've seen!
Review: I love Sliding Doors. The whole movie was very original, a quality lacking in most current releases. I would recommend this movie to anyone.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: In one word: Phenomenal!
Review: I thought this movie was brilliant! The story was a terrific and fresh idea. It was a refreshing difference to all of the other movies in it's genre. I love Gwyneth Paltrow and this movie made me love her even more. Her performance was magnificent and very well delivered. I also thought that her English accent was very believable! I would definately recommend this movie to people.

Summary: Smart and Cute
Review: If you're looking for a charming, clever movie to watch tonight, you've got to try Sliding Doors. It explores the question we always seem to ask ourselves--"What if?"--and shows what happens when Helen Quilley (Gwyneth Paltrow) misses--then catches--a subway home after she's fired. The parallel plots posed after this (one is her life had she missed the subway, the other if she had caught it) are smart and tight, and the movie is quite touching and extraordinary, providing a refreshing escape from some of the blander movies out this year. Paltrow and Hannah give great performances, and the plot is seamless and twisting to keep even the most figity movie watcher happy. A great film!

Summary: Two Thumbs up for this underrated movie!
Review: If you only rent one movie this year make it this one!! An excellent thought provoking movie complete with exellent performances from Paltrow and Hanna (Paltrow was very convincing as a Brit in fact has a better accent than I do!) and Hanna's performance equals that of his performance in Four Weddings and a Funeral.

See this film, you won't be disappointed...

Summary: Great movie!!!
Review: What if...what if...what if...a question we've all asked ourselves. Very thought provoking!

Summary: You Must See Sliding Doors! It's Perfect in every way!
Review: Sliding Doors is a must see movie. It is one of those movies that grabs your attention right away, even if you are going into it thinking you won't like it. If you give it half a chance you will soon find yourself deeply involved in all the characters lives. Having seen it once I know it will be a movie that I buy so that I can watch it over and over again.

Summary: Truly memorable
Review: The ultimate story for those of us that think "what if" or "Should I, Shouldn't I ?". It makes me think what might have happened if I hadn't seen the movie. Paltrow and Hannah are terrific together and the whole thing begins, runs and ends very well. I wonder what would happen if they make a sequel....

Summary: Don't bother
Review: I rented this movie as per a friend's suggestion. Now, I give a suggestion to the rest of the world - rent something else. From the start of the movie, Gwneyth Paltrow's phoney English accent made me cringe. Her live in lover is played by such a stereotypical clod and the story unfolds in a very telling matter from the word go. The actor which portrays Gwneyth's new love was great in Four Weddings and A Funeral and his accent and character in this movie was wonderful as well. As for the rest - all I can say is blech!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Original and Enjoyable
Review: After seeing thousands of romantic comedies that rehash the same old plot line, Sliding Doors is a bit of fresh air. The approach is original and follows through well, and Paltrow and Hannah's chemistry is quite brilliant. A fun and eminently watchable film, and Paltrow's accent is not all that appalling.
