Review: I Loved this movie! I don't understand how anyone can not like it. I saw a review called A WALK NOT TO REMEMBER I almost cried. Don't see this with guys cause its a " girly drama sorta". I think this movie is like love story the movie which was bad but this is good. I hhave read the book a bunch of times and I have loved every minute. This movie will make you laugh and cry. I am not a person who cries at movies but my friend and I were bawling our eyes out. So if you like romance and a little humor you gotta see this movie.

Review: I loved this movie, it made me cry so much. Well I'm young so it wouldn't matter how many of these kinds of movies I've seen. But I got the message that it sent: Keep faith high and you can do anything impossible.Mandy Moore and Shane West were great. As soon as I saw the movie I got the Soundtrack (and I'm addicted to the songs Cry and Only Hope *song in the play*)and I'm planning to get the movie as soon as my mom lets me. I love this movie!!!!

Summary: Fantastic Romantic Adorable Movie
Review: This was a surprisingly entertaining and romantic movie. It is one of the best films my wife and I have seen in years (yes, we go out and watch a lot of movies). The first few minutes looked as though this film will go down the familiar path that many mediocre 'teen' movies go towards. But, this movie takes an interesting (and ironically, a familiar yet delightful) twist. What makes the movie work is the outstanding performance of Mandy Moore and Shane West. Their chemistry works well. Mandy Moore makes an incredible and adorable transformation. Shane West changes into a likeable dude when he found 'true love'. The film could have cleaned up some of the profanities and gestures. Otherwise, it is a wholesome film. We love this film. It is a memorable romantic drama for all ages.

Review: A Walk to remember, starring Mandy Moore and Shane West. It is far better thanthe other 2 with similar theme, Autumn In NY (with Richard Gere & Winona Ryder) and Here on earth (Josh Hartnet). Given her first starring role, Mandy Moore shines like a star. She will have a wonderful career both acting and singing. The story is nothing that you haven't seen before about a popular high school student who falls in love with not-so popular nerdy type student who happens to be the reverend's daughter. Both stars make the movie so entertaining. Peter Coyote and Daryl Hannah play the kid's parents. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the last 15 minutes or so, which I found a little bit slow which distract the pacing of the whole movie. The DVD itself is pretty good. Two commentaries were provided. One by the director and the stars. The other by the crew. The picture transfer is beautiful and the Dolby 5.1 gives you nothing accept for the loud opening credit. But the surround sound is not the major thing in a movie of this kind. Anyway you like "She's All That", this is a better. Recommended.

Review: This is the first movie I have ever bought on the first day it was out! I recommend this movie to guys and girls alike. It's nice for girls to see that by not acting like everyone else you DON'T forfeit a cute guy. I think every guy should see this movie if only to see how much respect Landon gives Jamie. A wonderful tearjerker non-chick-flick!

Summary: This is for everybody giving this movie a good review
Review: Why I watched this is still up in the air but I'll tell you exactly what I thought about this movie. First the plot: the movie is about a guy on the bad side of the tracks (shane west) who meets a girl on the good side of the tracks (mandy moore). Two people that are from somewhat opposite backgrounds slowly start to like each other. What a nice romantic movie. From a guys point of view this movie started off pretty well with the near death experience at the beginning but it just went down hill from their. After watching the movie you are left wondering how did all these things happen so fast. So ladies, please do not take a guy to see this movie. I know after this review I will get a lot of unhelpful reviews but I just had to talk about this movie. The dvd has all the basic features and nothing more. In conclusion this dvd is worth the money only and I mean really only if you love these type of movies. I can even sometimes like a romantic movie (very very rarely) but this one was too sappy for me. Oh yeah, be sure to watch out for my "Crossroads" review ha ha ha ha.

Review: i had heard of this movie but did'nt want to see it at first because i keep hearing it was just a teen-movie. ... we both loved message in a bottle but this is so much better than that. there was great acting by everyone in this movie it was so touching. ... this was one of the best love stories i have seen and if you like this kind of movie get this one dont stop getting this one because you think it's a teen movie this is a great movie and my wife and i are both 45 and we loved it. watch it with someone you love and let the tears flow.

Summary: A movie to REMEMBER for decades to come
Review: I went to see this movie on opening day and I have never cried so hard in a theatre in my life!! After the movie I went to the bathroom and all the girls were trying to fix their make-up, which was beyond repair. I absolutely LOVED this movie. It was so refreshing and sweet. Although it was devastingly sad it gave me hope that there are good people out there and teenage guys who will do anything for the girl they love.
I bought the DVD today, the first day in stores and watched it twice. First, all the way through and the second time with the commentary of Shane West, Mandy Moore and Adam Shankman. I disappointed that they didn't include deleted scenes on the DVD, since there were 36 of them. I have to say Shane West is the most incredibly hot guy!! And Mandy did a great job acting.
I also love the soundtrack and the I read the book after I became obsessed with the movie. I think that the movie did a good job of taking the values conveyed in the book and translating them to modern situations. I would recommend this movie to everyone, because no matter if you are the toughest person you can't help being brought into the tragic world of Landon Carter and Jamie Sullivan.
