Rating: Summary: Great Story Review: Great story about Arnold's life. This is a must own for any Arnold fan. It makes you appreciate how he rose to the top. He isn't the greatest actor (you try acting in a foreign language and a see how well you do) but he has an incredible screen presence. It is good to know that Hollywood still has some good guys. Some thing that make him a hero are he donates much of his time and money to charity and runs the Special Olympics etc.
Rating: Summary: BEST DOCUMENTARY I'VE EVER SEEN Review: I watch a fair number of documentaries and I must say that "Arnold Scwarzenegger - Hollywood Hero" was a pleasant surprise. My assumption was this was going to be just another run of the mill telling of the life of a superstar. It's not. Aside from the incredible story that is Arnold Schwarzenegger's rise to fame, there's something else at work here that raises this production to another level. By far the storytelling is what makes it a true original. There is a visual telling here that is quite unlike anything I've ever seen before. The director, Todd Baker, uses his camera, clips, photos, and interviews as though they were paint on a canvas. Because what he does is so cutting-edge, it's hard to explain. Suffice it to say there's a filmic-on-steroids theme to his storytelling, which is aptly used for this tale of a bodybuilder turned Hollywood powerhouse. The only other documentary that even comes close to such an original style would be "The Kid Stays in the Picture", but even the visuals of that don't pop off the screen in quite the same way as they do with this show. All in all this is a must-see. Not only for fans of Arnold Scwarzenegger, but for fans of documentaries and fine filmmaking.

Rating: Summary: Great DVD! Review: This is NOT a movie, but rather a small biography on Arnold Schwarzenegger. This man has done so much and he is still pretty young (50s I believe). The movie gets you thinking too... A man with little travels to the US, and within a few years he gains worldwide fame. This movie enables you to see Arnold in another way, besides an actor. He appears to be a smart, gentle man who has excelled in everything he's done in life by working hard and by having a passion for what he does. If you are an Arnold fan, buy this movie.
