Summary: A SOPRANO LOVERS PARADISE!
Review: A TERRIFIC SEND UP OF YOUR USUAL DOCUMENTARY...VERY HIP AND FUNNY, HIGH QUALITY CAMERA WORK, EXTREMELY SHARP HIGH DEF VIDEO AND EVEN THE BEHIND-THE-SCENES STUFF LOOKS GREAT! AMAZINGLY, DAVID CHASE AND HBO NEVER SHOOT ANY BEHIND-THE-SCENES FOOTAGE OF THE SOPRANOS AT THE REAL LOCATIONS...ONLY THE STUFF AT SILVER CUP STUDIOS...THAT'S ONE REASON TO OWN THIS VIDEO! THE FOOTAGE OF THE REAL FILMING AT THE LOCATIONS IS INCREDIBLE!
THE INTERVIEWS WITH THE REAL OWNERS OF THE HOUSES AND PLACES USED IN THE SERIES ARE TERRIFIC. TO TOUR THE ACTUAL HOUSE USED AS TONY'S IN THE SHOW WITH THE REAL OWNERS OF IT WAS SENSATIONAL! THEN THERE IS THE BADA BING! THE MANAGER SHOWS US AROUND THE BADA BING AND WE MEET SOME OF THE ACTUAL GIRLS USED IN THE SERIES...WOW! VINNIE PASTORE AND DAVID PROVAL ARE FUNNY AS HELL! THE GANDOLFINI IMPROMPTU TALK IN THE STREET WAS UNIQUE AS WELL AS MICHAEL IMPERIOLI'S INTERVIEW DURING FILMING BY A CRAZED FAN!...AND THERE ARE EVEN BLOOPERS AND GOOFS FROM THE SHOW! JOHN FIORE, WHO APPEARED ON THE SOPRANOS IN SEASONS 2 AND 3 IS A PERFECT HOST ALONG WITH HIS ITALIAN BIMBO GIRLFRIEND, MARIE. THERE IS A LOT OF FUNNY BANTER BETWEEN THEM AS THEY GUIDE US ALONG THE ROADS OF NEW JERSEY TO HUNT DOWN THESE FANTASTIC FILMING LOCATIONS. BUY THIS VIDEO...IT'S WORTH IT JUST FOR TONY'S HOUSE TOUR...AND MARIE'S GREAT LEGS!

Summary: THE BEST DOCUMENTARY I HAVE EVER SEEN !
Review: A wonderful trip into the underground world of the Sopranos series.
The Host John Fiore was gritty, though charming and very funny,
His "comare" Marie Ruffolo was the perfect "bimbo" sidekick, hot and sexy (with ultra high heels and great shapely legs!) and the interplay between the both of them is very entertaining.
They take you on a tour of all the Sopranos sets and show actual outtakes and scenes from the series that were never shown on HBO. The interviews with Vinnie Pastore were both candid and hilarious. It was also completely out of character to see the notorious "Richie Aprile" David Proval, laugh and tell funny stories!
Seeing the behind-the-scenes of the show was both interesting and informative and I especially loved the card game robbery sequence.
The house tours were all great! Tony's house, Livia's house, Johnny Sack's house etc. and the never before seen Sopranos footage that went with each location was fantastic!
I can't even imagine the amount of work that must have gone into this thing, but I'll say this, you will not be bored for a second, this show moves along at a fast pace and contains loads of fun for any fan of The Sopranos.

Summary: This video should be sleeping with the fishes.
Review: Bad acting by the hosts, "stars" are obviously actors who have been cut out of the show and now have to do this kind of thing to make any money. About 5 minutes of footage was enjoyable out of the entire video. Jokes were awful. Listening to the female host was like hearing fingernails scraped on the blackboard for about 2 hours.

Summary: Laugh at the stupidity of such an idea
Review: Basically, they tried to do a documentary and failed. Pretty much all this documentary affirms is that the American public will believe anything that a celebrity can falsely portray about Italian Americans. It's basically a test. If you believe the stereotyped bulls&*% in this video, you've done yourself an injustice, and if you're a TRUE Italian American, you'll feel like crap about your own heritage...like, what the (...) did I just watch! Although parts of it are funny, the woman in this video is a [prostitute], and John Fiorre is a disgrace--he sucks as an actor anyway in the show. Enjoy!

Summary: We Love Goomahs!!
Review: Don't raise your expectations too high for this poorly-made, B-acted documentary. But those details are exactly what makes it enjoyable to watch. Some of the behind-the-scenes details are memorable, especially the Satriales Pork Store facade and the pizza shop montage. John Fiore hams it up throughout, and goofs on himself in the process, but doesn't take himsef too seriously and ruin the mood. Overall, good stuff for the diehard Sopranos fan, but don't expect Jimmy Gandolfini or Edie Falco memorable moments to show up much on this production.

Summary: DAMN! It's BAD!!!
Review: I could have done a better job with my hand held video camera on a tour of "famous" Saprano landmarks. Very poorly made.

Summary: COULD BE BETTER
Review: I enjoyed the DVD despite Marie Ruffolo. I found her whining to be offensive and not entertaining. Except for her miserable performance, the DVD is just what a Sopranos fan would want.

Summary: WHAT RARE STUFF!
Review: I HAVE NEVER SEEN FOOTAGE LIKE THIS!
IT LOOKS LIKE HBO HID ALL THE GOOD FOOTAGE AND IT'S ALL IN HERE!
THE SOPRANOS FILMING SITES AND THE BEHIND-THE-SCENES SOPRANOS STUFF WAS MARVELOUS.
TONY WITH THE DUCKS IN THE POOL WAS MY FAVORITE BLOOPER.
I LOVED MEETING THE ACTUAL PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN THE HOUSES AND THE TOUR OF THE REAL BADA BING WITH THE GIRLS WAS GRAND.
A GOOD NATURED,INFORMATIVE AND FASCINATING DOCUMENTARY.

Summary: I loved it! Almost 2 hours of great footage!!!
Review: I thought it was very entertaining and I LOVED both the host John Fiore (GIGI) and his "girlfriend" and the way they played off each other and introduced all the rare Sopranos film clips, and toured all the shooting locations especially the Soprano House.
Seeing the original pork store, Centanni's, was quite interesting
and the trip to the Bada Bing sensational!!!!!
The footage of Gandolfini at the House trying to get the ducks into the pool was a riot and the scenes and interviews with Vincent Pastore were great! The footage of the cameraman falling down when the big card game robbery scene was shot was priceless. The Bloopers were hilarious especially the scenes of Tony taking those falls over and over again and the scene of the dog coming in and jumping up on Tony and Carmela in the cemetery.
There is something for every Soprano fan in this video!

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Not worth it
Review: I wouldn't buy this DVD even if you are a die hard Sopranos fan. The DVD doesn't give you much behind the scenes footage or interviews. It's more like just two goofballs going around acting stupid. Don't buy it. Glad I didn't pay for it, someone bought it for me.
