Summary: Very Violent yet interesting.
Review: The first time I saw this movie, I almost turned it off due to the violence of it!! And I'm not easily intimidated by violence in movies. But, I kept watching it, and realized that there was a plot to it and how it was making a point of how the media loves violence, and it's true! Juliette Lewis just blew me away with her portrayal of Mallory. She brought vulnerability and sexyness that helped to soften the character.Otherwise, I would'nt have stayed interested in the movie. Woody Harrelson as Mickey was good as well.(but chilling!!) The two had a good onscreen chemistry. What interested me most about this movie was the making of it and the interviews of the cast/crew. I think they could've been more detailed about what it was like to make it.

Review: Oliver Stone stole the entire aesthetic of this film (particularly the 1-2 second intercuts of faces and discordant scenes) from New York Photographer and filmmaker Richard Kern (just check out RK's "Hardcore" videotape series and you'll see what I mean).

Review: Oliver Stone's Natural Born Killers stands out unlike any other film you will ever see. The film is paced, edited, and filmed at a daring speed that makes the film ultra-hip, the killers super-cool, and the style hyperkinetic. I love NBK for many reasons and I think many others will too.
