Summary: Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait, can't WAIT!
Review: Okay, I know hardly anybody (except for those who were actually apart of this project) has actually seen STAR WARS--EPISODE II, ATTACK OF THE CLONES. But from what I've learned about this movie, it is going to rock 2002! I was lucky enough to get my hands on the actual script. Yes, that's right--the ACTUAL SCRIPT, and I have also seen the trailer. And I have to say that I am simply amazed and blown away. There are so many surprises, lightsaber battles, and action that it will just be impossible not to like ATTACK OF THE CLONES. The dialouge has improved a lot from THE PHANTOM MENACE, which a lot of people had said that Episode 1 lacked. This is a darker, much more complex chapter in the STAR WARS saga and there will even be a forbidden romance between Anakin and Sentor Amidala. I think the reason why the trailer didn't seem so interesting is because George Lucas wanted to keep all the fantastic action and battle scenes a secret and surprise for the audience when they actually see the movie. I don't wanna give much of this movie away so all I can say is in this chapter, the audience will begin to learn and see hints on why Anakin turns over to the Dark Side of the Force. There will be a new villian in ATTACK OF THE CLONES--Count Dooku, who is more powerful than Darth Maul, and Anakin and Sentor Amidala will fall in love and get married.

The acting from the entire cast of ATTACK OF THE CLONES has gotten so much praise already, especially Hayden Christensen, Ewan McGregor, and even Natalie Portman. So I can almost be positive enough to say that the acting will not be a problem for ATOTC. And no--N Sync will NOT appear in ATOTC (thank GOD!), because their part got taken out after all the complaining from STAR WARS fans. And yes--Jar Jar Binks WILL have a lesser part in this movie, so he is not the reason to miss out on what will be an incredible movie experience.

From the title of my review, you can obviously tell that I cannot wait for ATTACK OF THE CLONES. I'll be seeing this opening day with my three best friends (in fact--we've already made plans to pre-order our tickets!). May 16th could not come any slower.

~May the Force be with you!

Summary: The Return of Star Wars
Review: I just wanna say that I love the classic trilogy they are the best and i'm only 13 years old. Episode I was pretty good but still not as good as the classics. When I saw the originals I was in awe. And from the trailers, Episode II looks great. It looks like Hayden Christiansen is a great actor. And the special effects are definutley amazing. It is definutley better than TPM.
Some characters have wierd names like Elan Sleazebaggano that is messed up, but there was Sy Snootles in ROTJ, so we'll just wait and see.

Remember the Force will be with us, always.

Summary: Possibly a very good film...
Review: The reason I have given this 4 stars is because the movie is not out yet so I am predicting what my score will be when the film is released. If I had judged TPM on the trailer alone it would have scored 5 stars... so my view has been affected with hindsight. I would give TPM 3 stars but this isn't the place to review it...

The trailer for AOTC looks visually stunning, even more so than TPM and the action sequences look like they will be even better, however Hayden looked a bit wooden to me. Lucas was meant to be co-writing this one, so assuming this is true and they have put together a decent script and Lucas has learnt how to direct actors (note: I did not say films) then we could be looking at a very good Film in May...

Just a note for the "I'm here to support the English guy" person - you're 1000% wrong, Darth Sideous IS Emperor Palpetine!

Summary: Outstanding Star Wars movie
Review:

You can't rank Star Wars movies to normal movies, since there is no comparison. You have to match them against one another. For example, ROTJ isn't as good as ESB, and TPM is on par with ANH.

AOTC will be right up there with ESB, maybe even exceeding it. I've read the scriptment, and it sounds like the movie is going to be an outstanding addition to the series. The story is engaging, and the character arks of Obi-wan and Anakin are probably the most visible, profound, and interesting in cinema history. People have had time to overcome the 're-introduction shock' that caused massive grumblings over TPM. Now, audiences have re-adjusted to accept new Star Wars story, and will be able to simply enjoy the continuation of the saga.

I'm marking the days until AOTC hits my local Cinemark. Thanks, Lucas, for making such great flicks!

Summary: Remember it's the prequel
Review: One thing I struggled to remember when I saw Episode 1, is that
this is the prequel to what happens in A new hope through Return of the Jedi. If we are to compare episode 2 to Empire Strikes Back, they both have a love story. Didn't Han and Lea start expressing their feelings for one another?
I think that Episode 2 is based as a love story, but so much will
go on that will pull Anakin Skywalker to the dark side and he will become Darth Vader. What moment will bring this about?
The lead into Episode 1 introduced us to Jar Jar Binks, and
cute stuff, as the story progresses, we are moving into darker
moments.
Can't wait till May!

Summary: Haven't seen movie but trailers look great.
Review: I haven't seen the movie yet,(naturally) but I can't wait til I do. Just from the trailers it looks like it is going to be awesome. A love story mixed with action. I think this will be better than Episode 1. (which I liked very much). This I think will be up there with the original trilogy. I can't wait til May 16th. "It will be a day long remembered". Episode 2 I think will be one of the best movies to definately see this summer. "May the force be with you."

Summary: Better than the rest
Review: It is my hope that AOTC will be far better than the other films.
It can't be worse than TPM. When that one was over, I thought, when is the movie gonna start?
After seeing the trailer for AOTC I am convinced more than ever before that the series is on the right track. I love the idea of this being a romance. THat adds some real depth to the storyline.
The only thing I don't understand is the inclusion of Boba Fett as a kid. Must Lucas keep going back to show us how cute and good these evil characters were, before they turned evil? I can understand Anakin, but Boba Fett?

Summary: Best of the Best
Review: Statiscally proven, Empire Strikes Back was the best of the original triology. This may once again occur, making Attack of the Clones the Best of the NEW trilogy.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: YES!
Review: I remember the first day in December 2001, when the teaser trailer was first aired on German television (I was sticking to the screen between the first and second "Vader Breath").
Just like The Empire Strikes Back, Attack of the Clones seems to become that part of the trilogy where the good guys will have one hell of a hard time to make it through.
Unlike some examples of bad opinions (and even worse grammar) about this movie, I do think that the Star Wars Saga is worth being watched from Episode 1 to 9 (which is the total length of Lucas' storyline).
The story is expected to continue in May 2002? Well, I hope, that we do not have to wait much longer, until the second part of the bestscifi story ever made hits Europe.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Based on the preview
Review: I saw the full preview (not just the teaser) in front of Lord of the Rings. It truly looks as if George Lucas is using this opportunity to say, "If you hated The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones will make you wretch even more." It looks TERRIBLE.

It's a love story. That's fine. That could be very interesting. However, when you have George "King of Cheese" Lucas writing and directing, it's unbearable. It looks like it's going to be Not Another Teen Sci-Fi Movie. Some of the worst dialogue I have ever heard was in this preview.

I will not comment on the fact that N'Sync is going to be in this movie. I think that this speaks for itself.

I suppose what makes it all the more upsetting is knowing how good it all once was. And realizing that, for once, it wasn't us who changed as we got older, it was the movies. Thanks a lot George.
