Summary: Interesting concept
Review: "Money Train" was a good movie because of the unusal plot: an attempt to rob a subway train. The movie watcher was never quite sure until the end how the story would turn out. Along the way there were solid action scenes and funny scenes with Snipes and Harrelson. This is an underated movie.

Summary: Suprisingly Good!
Review: I did not expect much from this movie, but since I got a real good deal on it I said why not. Contrary to my original thoughts about this movie, it was actually really good. There aren't many action scenes in this movie, and there shouldn't be. The makers of this did a very good job in balancing action, drama, and suspense themes. Harrelson and Snipes do a spectacular job, as well as Jennifer Lopez. There is one really good fight scene that involves Snipes that you will enjoy. The ending scenes were exciting and suspensful and it has you going for the train robbers. That's all I can say without giving away the movie. But I can say that this movie was perfectly balanced, not too much acton, and not too much drama; you will definetely like this one, especially if you want a break from the typical Hollywood Action crap that is out there today.

Summary: Not bad for action!
Review: I liked this movie a little bit 'cause "White Men Can't Jump" stars Wesley Snipes and Woody Harrelson kick some butt in this story of Transit Cops on the search of a lot of money on a train. While searching for the money, They encounter some trouble! 2 1/2 Stars! J-Lo is great, too!

Summary: Money Train is sooooooo money!
Review: I was a bit apprehensive going into this flick: I'd loved Wesley and Woody's work in White Men Can't Jump and Wildcats, could they pull off the trifecta? Thank the stars, their chemistry is intact, these two are one of the all time great screen couples. If only Woody could have found a way into Blade or Blade II. I guess he's just a busy guy. If you're a fan of edge of your seat action, drama and laughs, this flick is on the money!

Summary: Great Movie for Snipes, Harrelson, or Lopez fans!!
Review: I'll admit the movie's plot leaves much to be desired but if your a fan of Wesley Snipes, Woody Harrelson, or the heavenly Jennifer Lopez then this is a movie that you would enjoy. The action was great, and it kept me into the movie. Though, with Jennifer, there was no leaving anyway.

Summary: Why all the hate?
Review: Look obviously the person who wrote the review on how bad it is wasnt really paying attention to the movie. Snipes, and Harrelson are Transit Cops and brothers. Harrleson is a compulsive gambler, and Snipes is his goody goody brother. This movie of full of great action, and If you are a Snipes fan check out Blade, Blade 2, New Jack City, and Demolition man.

Summary: Why the bad reviews?
Review: Myself and my wife loved this movie! Woody Harrelson plays a down-on-his-luck gambler who falls foul of the local Mafia with his gambling debts. Wesley Snipes plays his brother, a New York Transit Authority cop, who guards the so-called Money Train, an armoured subway car which collects the takings from each station. When Woody's character gets a good beating for failing to keep up repayments, he feels the only way out is to rob the Money Train, with or without Wesley's help! And we are treated to a host of spectacular action sequences on the rails! Jennifer Lopez(BABE!) also features as a cop with whom both Woody and Wesley's characters try to have more that a friendship with as well! Overall, this movie is action-packed and funny, with enough stunts to satisfy the most jaded connieuseurs of slam-bang flicks, and contains great cinemantography and SFX with the train scenes in the climax! DVD enhancement inmproves it even more, with sound FX that'll blow away your living room!

Summary: Horrible!
Review: Not only did they mess up on the Subway legend...but the way that they just fabricated technical details about a subway train, ruined the movie for me. Subway trains have AIR BRAKES. You cannot "bleed" air brakes. A subway train cannot repeatedly ram into the back of another train. It's not even supposed to be THAT close to another train without the air brakes going "into emergency", thereby stopping the train cold. The reverser? A "stick-shift"? LOL! Too much.

This is for fans of Wesley, Woody or J-Lo. Otherwise, do yourself a favor...stay away from this film, and buy "The Taking Of Pelham 123" with Walter Matthau and Robert Shaw. It is an INFINITELY better film, and much more satisfying. GUARANTEED!!!
