Review: this movie was over the top outrageously funny. i love molly shannon she is one of the top comedians of our time. she can do anything and make it funny. it was so funny when she made out with the tree. i kknow like every quote from the movie i is crazy. it is funny how they make fun at a catholic school. you will not regret watching this movie love ya world.

Review: Molly Shanon's film actually pulls through with a unique cast. I loved this film , and the settings was amazing. The school was well-built, and the actors were amazing. I finally figured out that they wanted older people to play high school students so that the audience would think about how dumb it is and laugh.

Review: theres this orphan girl who wants to be a superstar!she does everything she can to learn everything about show biz.but shes so lonely and pathetic she prays to be tongue kissed and practises on trees.shortly after being caught doing just that,she was put into special ed at her catholic school.then she found out about a movie opening.they had a contest to pick an extra in a movie and her path became clear!its very funny.the kids wont mind it.the main chick is a total dork whose rival is the most popular girl in the school.that girl is very obnoxious but quite sexy!its pretty good.the humor is a bit different.but its all good!

Review: Like several other reviewers, I found this movie funny and entertaining. It was very light with lots of humor. This is a great movie to watch on a rainy day or when you are feeling down and out needing a picker upper.Many high school girls dream of one day being superstars and/or fantasizing about that first true romantic kiss. These are some of the things portrayed in the movie with lots of humor.

Review: Omygod. Easily one of the funniest movies ever made. Molly Shannon of course can make the dictionary hilarious. Mary Catherine Ghallager (MKG) is your "average" teen dreaming of the perfect kiss and becoming a superstar. Not as hokey as it sounds. This movie is hilarious and is all out fun. The skirt blowing scene at the beginning nearly made me pee my pants. The whole movie is filled with either all out laughs or subtle little moments that you catch after watching it a couple of times. The ridiculousness of MKG is very endearing and may actually hit a little close to home as you remember you teenage years--if you're like me you try and try to block them out!!

Review: This movie is the best movie ever made. This movie is filled with memeorable quotes, including Father Ridley's sermon-esque opinions about VD. Also it is a really positive story Mary went from having a bad self image to not caring what anyone thinks of her. Also Molly Shannon is just an amazing actress and commedianne. She can do no wrong when it comes to comedy. I would say that if you have a true sense of humor, you will enjoy this movie.
