Summary: It's good...trust me.
Review: This is a fine film and very funny. What I hate is the kid's hair, it's so thick and geekish. But apart from that it was very good. This film mixes family comedy, with the ludicrous comedy of Carrey, but never the less if you like Jim then you should give it a go, it's enjoyment in itself to watch Carrey go nuts because he can't lie.

Summary: Liar Liar Collector Edition DVD
Review: This review is in reference to the collector's edition DVD.I love the movie and I thought I would spend a little extra getting the special edition DVD vs. the regular DVD, but I don't really feel it was worth it. The "outtakes" are only 30 seconds in total. "Bridging the comedy chasm" was about 15 minutes long and wasn't terribly exciting or insightful. My recommendation is to skip the collector's version

Summary: Way too extreme for a comedy
Review: I am a HUGE Jim Carrey fan, so naturally I was expecting a great movie. When I popped this movie into the VCR and actually saw it, it was alright for a few minutes. Who can't like the 'I've Had better' part? Unfortunately, the movie doesn't know what it wants to be...a comedy or a family film? So the rest of the film is just a long running gag with Jim's off-the-wall shenanigans. Jim Carrey is way too cartoonish to be considered heartwarming. The film might have worked if Jim's character showed a little emotion, but he's too much of a jerk to really root for. If you are looking for a funny, charming comedy that you can let your kids watch, get Mrs. Doubtfire...and if you're a Carrey fan, stick with Ace Ventura.

Summary: Liar Liar...ummm So So
Review: I saw Liar Liar and I though it was ok. This was deffenitaly not one of Jim Carry's best! Yes, it did have it's funny moments but a lot of it just talked about sex. And if I want to see a movie I mostly want it to be funny! And Jim Carry is funny in all his movies including this one but this was not his best! So I would say,"yeah go see it", and if you like it buy it but don't buy it if you haven't seen it yet! thanks for reading!

Summary: A wonderful, hysterical movie!
Review: I rank this movie in my top ten of all time! Could you go 24 hours without telling even the tiniest lie??? See how this constraint can affect someone as charismatic as Jim Carrey. I laughed so hard that I had to watch the movie again to catch the parts I had missed! The plot of this movie and Carrey's actions are a little silly at times, but the storyline is completely believable and highly entertaining with Carrey in the lead role. I wasn't a Carrey fan at all until I saw this film. It's the first movie he did that I didn't think was incredibly stupid. The Truman Show, which followed Liar Liar, was okay, but this movie was Carrey's best performance by far.

Review: Jim Carrey's a real joker :) I loved this movie so much, I think I can remember all of "Fletcher Reed's" dialogues. A movie not to be missed for sure. For those who do not have a sense of humor, try watching this one and see whether or not you really have a funny bone :)

Review: From the brilliant director who brought us Ace Ventura and the Nutty Proffessor,comes another movie that proves that he's a true genius.I mean,it's amazing how some people are so good at what they do,that they make you expect nothing less from them.Jim Carrey was hysterical! The script is excellent .And Tom Shadyac outdid himself again.

Summary: AN INCREDIBLE MOVIE
Review: I will always regard this as my all time favourite movie. While it is hilarious, it doesn't leave you with the sense that you have laughed at senseless things all the time, which is unlike the normal Jim Carrey movie. IT ACTUALLY HAS A STORY! IT's hilarious - I had fits of laughter each of the, is it 10 times? I saw it. Jim Carrey managed to play the roll of Fletcher Reede that you actually have a lot of sympathy with the character. I was impressed with the little boy's acting as well. He did very well. Favourite parts: THE CLAW, the elevator scene, "THERE"S NOOOOOO SUCH THING AS A WEAKER SEX", the scene in which he do all of those insults, "I LOVE MY SON!!!!!" and the whole airport escapade. His secretary was great, as well! Those bloopers are extremely hilarious, too and I wish there coulda been more and that they could be brought into more movies. WATCH THIS IF YOU HAVEN'T YET, and if you have watched it, watch it for a 2nd time, and if you have, watch it for a 3rd time, and if you have...

Review: Jim Carrey for USA as Mr.Bean for UK. He is really funny, and the story is creative, I liked it and I laughed a lot...I want to see it again.
