Summary: A truely great movie!
Review: I loved this movie. So did my children. The music was great as well! Does anyone know where I can get the soundtrack? I would recommend this movie to anyone who has a good sence of humor and enjoys "date movies". I can't wait until they re-release it so I can purchase a copy hopefully on dvd.

Summary: Time enough for love
Review: Johnny Dingo loved little Missy with a love that would not die. His only wish was to take her to the prom. His scheme to get here to go with him goes awry. Johnny finds himself six foot under ground. That night he RETURNS.We find love, loyalty, and ground Chuck on the menu. This movie is right up there with the best zombie movies such as "Weekend at Bernie's II." Notice how his parents are very supportive though out the story. And there is an appropriate lesson near the end.

Review: My step-siss rented this movie years back and so we saw it and I thought this is a good movie.Now I'm 15.And one day I decided to rent something I haven't seen in a long time. So I saw this in the comedy section.And I thought I think this would be fun to watch for ol times sake!So I went home and watched it! And when the movie was over I thought ugh! I can't believe I used to like this movie!!!! Do the people who made this stupid retarded movie think that movie goers would like this? Everything about this movie is stupid nonesense.And everyone who is in the movie was awful!!!! I didn't like anyone of them!!!! exept for that etractive girl who played Missy!!!! as for the movie it self it sucked I can't believed I spend my four bucks on this pea-brained film. If your looking for a film based on the title of a song rent Boogie nights!!!!

Summary: Don't Judge Too Quickly...
Review: Not so fast people - this movie may not be as bad as you think. I think it sets out to do everything it accomplishes. It's supposed to be a hokey, cheesy movie about a zombie; that softens the blow for what it's really about. In some of Johnny's darkest moments, I can see myself. A zombie? No. The ultimate outcast, doomed to be unpopular no matter what I do, heralded as a dork even after I'm dead? Yeah, that's me. Or it has been me. Or I have a cousin who was like that. No matter where you are on the high school caste system, you can probably relate. And then, in that touching scene near the end of the movie, I can see a subplot. Two teens, torn apart by popularity, only to discover each other too late. *sniff* C'mon, this movie never tried to be an Oscar contender, but it delivers what it promises, which is more than I can say for, oh, I don't know, TITANIC.

Review: Teenager Johnny Dingle (Andrew Lowery) always wanted to date his long time Crush on the Beautiful-Missy (Traci Lind) by taking her to the Prom. But when he saves her life from Gunpoint from a local General Store. After Johnny dies and then unexpectedly he comes back to life & still wants to take her to the Prom! but Johnny has to eat the living to stay alive! Directed by Bob Balaban (Parents) made a wonderful, dumb, fantasy-comedy that was a Misfire on the Release in the Summer of 1993. Lowery gives a likeable performance in this film. This film has an terrific supporting cast, including:Edward Herrmann, Mary Beth Hurt, Austin Pendleton, Jay O. Sanders, Cloris Leachman, Matthew Fox & Philip Seymour Hoffman. This might be a forgetten gem & this could be a Camp Classic. DVD's has an terrific anamorphic Widescreen (1.85:1) and an good-Dolby Stereo 2.0 Surround Sound. Written by Dean Lorey (Jason Goes to Hell:The Final Friday) & Produced by Sean S. Cunningham (Friday the 13th, House, The Last House on the Left). Watch for Matthew McConaughey & Renee Zellweger as Extras. Grade:A-.

Summary: Wrong movie
Review: There is another movie called 'My Boyfriend's Back'. It stars Sally Duncan and the mother from 'Who's the Boss'. They are a 60's girl band called the boufontts. They regroup briefly for a TV Special.
They hadn't seen each other in 25 years. One is the Vice-President of a makeup company, one is a stay at home mom, and the last one, (sexy Vikki) is a successful singer in a bowling alley lounge.
So apparantly I either bought or ordered the wrong movie. There is not a zombie in this flick to be had. So be careful when ordering and make sure you get the movie you want.

Summary: "And As You Can See, He's Got An Axe In His Head..."
Review: This black comedy is not great art. It's silly, cheesy, and totally ridiculous....and I like it!!. I'm always a sucker for stupid B movie films like this. It's fun and funny in a really stupid way. Andrew Lowery stars as a kid who has the hots for a girl. In an attempt to show off to her, he gets killed by a store robber. He comes back as a zombie and begins to live life as if nothing ever happened. Of course, there are certain body parts that fall off and stuff, but that's to be expected from a rotting corpse. There are a few jokes and gags in here that are genuinely funny, in a sophmoric way. The best come from chacrter actor Austin Pendleton as a nutty doctor. The rest of the cast include : Paul Dooley, Edward Herrmann, Cloris Leachman, and Mary Beth Hurt. It's a juvenile comedy with a somewhat delightful and appealing presence. If your into that sort of thing, then you will probably enjoy this. Otherwise, stay far away.
