Summary: You did it again! You put tab A into schlot B, didn't you?!
Review: "Spaced Invaders" is a priceless comedy! I first saw it when I was 7 and 13 years later it still keeps me in stitches. This has got to be the funniest portrayal of alien invasion ever, with "Men In Black" and "Mars Attacks" being a close second and third. Sure the concepts that the aliens speak English and can breathe unaided on Earth WOULD be farfetched if you think of this movie as strictly sci-fi, but it's princiapally a COMEDY!! Accept that and everything else falls into place. The sight gags, jokes, performances, and even special effects are stupendous! My favorite unspoken joke is Blaznee's (the Pilot) sporting of an LA Lakers t-shirt (apparently Mars gets pretty good reception of Earth cable stations like ESPN.) :-P [Sidenote: Whoever it was that said this movie was too scary for kids was either being a smart@$$, recalling a different movie, possesses no spine whatsoever, or severely needs their head examined.]

P.S. For all that own this movie, just for fun try counting all the times Lt. Digiwig says "Come back/Prepare to die Earth scum!"

Summary: Cute
Review: A minor classic that will appeal both to adults and children.
The humor ranges from smiles to giggles. A bunch of midget Martians, who are "not really bad, but just stupid" invade the mythical, idyllic Ray Bradbury-esque small town of Big Bean, Illinois on Halloween night. There is, of course, a lot of amusing mayhem. Only one Martian (a funny alien version of Jack Nicholson) seems to have any sense. It's a bit long, but very
worth it.

Summary: Good for Children
Review: Great flick for kids of all ages, but for adults, it is only mildly entertaining and interesting. It is well-done, overall, but difficult to understand the dialog in many places. The characters are all likeable and do a good job with the script they have. For children, I would rate this 4 stars, but for everyone, it only gets a 2. Good DVD quality and nice music score.

Summary: "We should --GO-- now !!"
Review: Hi y'all [ what ? not a right ax-scent for we Easterners ? 'fer shame, 'fer shame, 'n gul-lee !! ] Seriously, when I first saw the Young Black Gentleman with the overstuffed belly and pronounced duck-bill, I *was* a little let-down, only as SPACED INVADERS _is_ more so oriented to children, and while there is absolutely NOTHIN' wrong with a grown man delighting in children's comedy, well, I guess I _did_ forget I had already seen it. But I am rating SPACED INVADERS a FIVE _exactly_ 'coz it IS the kind of movie **I'd** really shine to IF I was the age of two young nephews of mine again ... and furthermore, when their Uncle shows it to them, I just KNOW they'll love it in the same way **I** would at their age. So, take One Very Intellectual [ but w/ sometimes vapid memory ] Man, stir in a Good Clean Flick, show it to **your** kids ... or the Lady you may be in the course of courting ... and quite unlike Talia Shire to Sylvester Stallone in Rocky 9999, "You CAN Win !"

Summary: Funniest alien comedy on the market right now.
Review: I have not seen this movie in a long while, yet I know for a fact that it is a hilarious comedy. The sight gags are terrific. They will keep you laughing almost entirely through the movie. A funny movie for alien watchers.

Summary: Great Spoof On "War Of The Worlds"
Review: I have rented this several times, and just can not get enough of it. The Martins all have their own unique personality. I love the "Jack Nicolson" and the "German Scientist" Martins.

Good special effects, and the story line is cute how a lone group of Martins try to land on earth and conquer earth. But it is not as easy as it seems.

I wish this movie would be available again for purchase here, I'd buy it in a snap.

Yes, lots of good one-liners in this movie.

Review: I love this movie. The gags are predictable, but the celebrity voice impersonators do a wonderful job in delivering the dialog. The movie is good for all ages and does not contain any objectionable material. I give it two thumbs way up.
