Summary: Joe Dirt
Review: Joe Dirt is your everyday average janator at a radio station. The host invites Joe on to tell his life story. It goes on for 4 days until Joe Dirt is a local celebrity. He has been searching for a decade for his parents who left him in the Grand Canyon so long ago. Will his journey come to an end?

Summary: Hillarious!!!
Review: I have watched this movie three times and it is so funny, just the idea of what happens in the movie is outrageous!! I laughed the whole way through! I can't wait to purchase it. David Spade gives an outstanding performance. It is not a well rounded movie for a family or anything, but if you want a good laugh, I highly recommend this movie!! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. If you buy this movie you will not be disappointed, unless you have no sense of humor!!!

Summary: The worst movie ever made
Review: Quite simply, this is the worst movie I have ever seen. Horrible acting, even worse writing and no story. Throw in Dennis Miller at his absolute worst and you have the ulitimate bomb.

Summary: Same Old, Same Old
Review: You could easily insert Adam Sandler, Rob Schneider, Chris Farley, Chris Kattan or any other ... SNL actor in this movie because all of their damn movies have the same damn plot! Loser meets girl, falls in love, does something stupid to make you think he lost her, finally gets her back in the end. Sprinkle a few chuckles here and there and bam! You,ve got another ..., predictable movie.

Summary: In the tradition of Gone with the Wind and Casablanca.....
Review: The struggle that is the Joe Dirt, in each of us, is portrayed on celluloid with the respect and dignity of a Greek tradgedy or Shakespearean classic.

I am Joe Dirt, and so are you. We all want to be that cool guy with the silver 1977 Trans Am, but when you look inside and accept circumstances beyond your control, you realize, that you indeed are cool.

Being a carnie, a janitor, an abandoned child, a wanderer, or a hot-air tooth balloonist is no mystery to anyone, we've all done it. Hence we embrace our everyday character that makes humanity a population of Dirt.

We all have our own 'wig' glued to our heads. Some are not happy neutering animals, cleaning porta-johns, or making lunch trays, even if the money is good. Money is not life or happiness, that is the secret to Joe Dirt. The same secret that we all know but need to discover for ourselves.

I have been mooned by airport pilots, I have been impotent and could only be aroused by fantasies of incest, I have shared tender moments with serial killers, I have learned to share my feelings in basements with those others would consider strange.

This is not a comedy, this is life. Accept and embrace the Joe Dirt that is in you. God Bless all Joe Dirts and peace to those who drive 1977 Trans Ams.

Review: I thought this was a hillarious movie. It's a definite must own, especially if your a Happy Madison fan. The only way you would hate this film is if you had absolutly no sense of humor whatsoever (Jason M. Brittman).

Summary: Strictly for Spade fans
Review: I've always appreciated David Spade's sense of humor and have liked the films he's been in. He was also one of the better SNL regulars.
This film should not be taken so seriously, it's a silly comedy about a boy who has a mullett haircut glued to his head. He is searching for his family, when all along he knows who is real family is.
Droning and boring Dennis Miller plays a dj that brings Joe on the air to spill his story, thus, this is the entire movie.
It had some laughs, many of them were stupid laughs, but nonetheless, I have to admit I found myself laughing. Maybe I'm a bit ashamed as this certainly isn't one of the greatest comedies of all time. It does get a little trite and predictable, but Spade gets a few good laughs in.
Rent at your own risk. I didn't pay for this rental, so I can't say it's worth the fee.

Summary: funny movie
Review: I found this movie really funny, but I am a hard core David Spade fan. I think that most people would find this funny if you like Adam Sandler movies, it is nothing like what he used to do with Chris Farley. I love it though. It has a whole lot of really funny jokes, and then some. There is a great story line and lots of good actors. I think Kid Rock did a good job for his first time! I loved the part when he was all happy and he was like "Def Leppard [stinks]". The way he said it! It is a really good movie and it keeps you laughing(but that is what spade always does) and the plot is good and they stick with it throughout the story, yes there is a story. Plus, if you get the DVD you get the David Spade commentary and he is soooo funny on that. He tells you why some jokes aren't up to par and why some jokes never reach their punch line and he also adds some cute humor and he even laughs at some parts of his movie, which I think is really adorable. Plus, you get to see some of the deleted scenes and on some of them the director tells you why she cut them. But I think some of the jokes are a little, how can I put this, crude and I think the pg13 says it all. But I think it is a really good movie and it keeps you interested and I think it is well worth [the money], unless you wanna go buy Tommy Boy. :)
