Summary: Wow, This Is Great!
Review: Iam not very good at writing long reviews. But I must say this is my favorite of the Scary Movie Series. I even had to see it 3
times! If you have seen Signs, The Ring, The Matrix, or 8 Mile it is even funnier.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Hilarious! Much Better Than the 2nd One!
Review: Scary Movie 2 had a very funny beginning *the Excorcist skit* but the rest of the movie was a bore. Scary Movie 3, on the other hand, had a rather stupid intro, but the rest of the movie was a riot. Of course, it centers around spoofs and goofy characters resulting in very stupid humor, but you can't help but find it enjoyable. This one centers around spoofs of "The Ring", "Signs", "8 Mile" and "The Others." It also features an array of celebrity charaters and cameos with everyone from Charlie Sheen and Pam Anderson to Queen Latifah and Macy Gray.

If you want a movie to just laugh your butt off to, thsi is it. Don't expect anything earth shattering and if you don't have a sense of humor, don't bother! Having one is required viewing. ;)

Summary: chick who didnt like the movie??
Review: Ok so the first two Scary Movies were so excellent. So very excellent they made you want to run right out and see the third one, right? yeah, so then i saw the third one. It was not excellent. Why you ask? Why was it not excellent? I will tell you my friend, i will indeed tell you. Apparently the Wyans Bros sold the rights to the movie, so then it ws just random idiots making up a bunch of random scenese. There were too many gags. Too many run-on jokes that you wished would end. It wanted so very, very much to be like the first two, but in the end, it was the kid with the nice personality but terrible B.O who you have to spot during gym class. It meant well, it really did...It was like a Prize Horse with Scoliosis and you just wanted to shootit and put it out of its misery. Ok, enough of my comparing it to other things that suck. But then again I've been known to be wrong. So maybe you'll think its the funniest movie since.. well, since Scary Movie 2. I'm probably gonna buy it anyway becasue real fans dont quit! Thanx for your time.

Summary: FUNNY!!!!
Review: 10/10 PERFECT!

Scary Movie 3 is a very well done spoof of great horror and action films (The Others, Signs, The Ring, 8 Mile, The Matrix, etc.) The movie had great humor and action. It had its crude moments, but you will never forget Scary Movie 3!!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A good Horror/Comedy film
Review: When I first saw a preview for Scary Movie 3, it looked like it would be funny but not as funny as the first 2. I was wrong. Scary Movie 3 is definitely the funniest of the 3 movies. The plot basicly made fun of The Ring; 8 Mile; Signs and the Matrix Reloaded, which made it a hilarious sequel.

Summary: No laughs,Cheap jokes and 0 stars
Review: Well what can I say about Scary Movie 3 other than it was completely unfunny and moronic. This horrible piece of work was one of the worst I've seen in a while and it had all the makings of a bad skit. Not a single funny moment and no that's in no way and exaggeration. I saw Scary Movie 3 about a week after its October release. Sure its trailer made it look hilarious but there is nothing funny beyond the trailer. All the funny scenes were found in the trailer and commercials and since those commercials and trailers were shown so much around its release it just wasn't funny. The jokes were below mediocre and are nothing more than childish and can't even begin to be compared to the two funnier additions to the Scary Movie series
Not only was I ready to walk out about half way through this film, but I waited and waited for some miracle to happen and for Scary Movie 3 to start being funny but my patience never paid off. I was left unsatisfied with few laughs and wasted money. Don't let the trailers fool you, it's not funny. It's just a variety of overdone, overused and cheap jokes I can't imagine anyone over the age of 14 finding this absolutely dreadful, painful to watch movie the least bit funny. I'll admit there was about two real laughs throughout the entire film but that's about it.Belive be when I say "this is absolutely the worst comedy to come along in years".
Avoid watching scary movie 3 at all costs even at a life of death situation I still wouldn't watch this junk again.
Ok, I can't complain much about the acting because it is a comedy but even with that out of the way it's still horrible. Most of the jokes involve crashing and bumping into things and that's down right silly. Those who liked the first two additions will most likely get few laughs if not any from this pathetic disaster.
Comedy? I beg to differ.
You can't honestly tell me that this was "The funniest movie ever" or "lots of laughs" unless you've been under a rock the past 6 years. Stay away from Scary Movie 3 and save your money.
I didn't expect it to be so boring.

Summary: Finally
Review: After i watched this movie i was so excited to get it on dvd and i knew i would have to wait 6 or 7 months but finally today i see it has been put on the site and has a release date

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Hysterical
Review: A cynical critic might say that if you've seen one scary movie - or one "Scary Movie" - you've seen them all. But the pleasure of horror movies is having the cliches resurrected, and the pleasure of the "Scary Movie" series is seeing them beaten back into the ground.

Spotting all the inside jokes in spoof movies lets us believe that we've been keen observers of the cultural landscape and gives us a head start on the backlash against last year's trends. The hit-and-miss "Scary Movie 3" aims most of its pies at "The Ring," with collateral damage to "Signs," "The Matrix Reloaded" and "8 Mile."

An opening skit about two blond bubbleheads (Jenny McCarthy and Pamela Anderson) discussing a notorious videotape taps into Anderson's real-life notoriety and promises a pillow-fight payoff that it never delivers. A spirit of unmet expectations hangs over most of the movie, but there's enough straight-faced silliness to keep us attentive.

The skeletal story concerns single-mom TV reporter Cindy (Anna Faris), who is investigating crop circles at a Virginia farmhouse. The widowed ex-priest who runs the farm (Charlie Sheen) has a daughter and a lunkheaded younger brother, George (Simon Rex), who is a would-be rapper. George's niece and Cindy's clairvoyant son have the same schoolteacher (Regina Hall), who succumbs to the deadly videotape.

George and Cindy team up to learn the truth about the tape, which entails visits to the Oracle (a chain-smoking Queen Latifah), the Architect (a pervy George Carlin) and the president of the United States (a hot-headed Leslie Nielsen), who has a gripe with the gray-suited aliens.

Nielsen's presence reminds us that control of the "Scary Movie" franchise has passed from the willfully outrageous Wayans brothers to the puckish David Zucker, a director best known for his blink-and-you'll-miss-it marginalia in the "Airplane" and "Naked Gun" movies. Predictably, this PG-13 mishmash has cut-rate-cameo fever and plenty of white-bread gags about boobs and barnyard animals. (Potentially edgier stuff, like an allusion to a pedophile priest, goes untapped, and the occasional violent slapstick is merely crass.)

The franchise still cultivates a black audience, and there's an impression of satirical bite in the subplot about the white rapper. But a Michael Jackson look-alike in a spoof of "The Others" is the kind of tired tactic that is liable to get the series put to pasture
