Summary: Remember the Porky movies?
Review: Yeah, those movies about a group of teens who 'discover' their sexuality. There is a scene where a woman grabs one of the boys by his genitals. When I was eleven, I thought this was very funny, even after watching it many times. Ten years later I saw the same scene and I was bored.Comedy is not intended to be deep, it is primarily for amusement, and I have no problem with 'physical' comedy. I love Laurel & Hardy, The Three Stooges, and the Zucker/Abrahams team of Airplane and Naked Gun. But TSAM is not a good movie. Take away the faeces, sweat and semen and you have almost no story, no creativity and no acting. Come on let's face it. Cameron Diaz would be outacted by an ironing board, and you must have been stupid if you didn't see every joke coming from a galaxy far far away. I know many people enjoyed this movie, but I think it was a bummer. I wonder if those who are laughing now will still be laughing ten years from now?

Summary: Get a life, folks! This movie was HILARIOUS!!!
Review: For the reviewer of the film who said "Who'd laugh at a poor dog getting hot wired?" Well, several MILLION people, that's who!!! I almost fell off my chair at that scene - the funniest in the movie! Granted, it had it's slow parts, but overall this movie was VERY funny, and WILL become a cult classic, in the same vein as Stripes, Caddyshack and Trading Places.

Review: I just had to buy the DVD. My wife didn't like the movie as much as I did, but she said it is a guy flick. Whatever, I loved it, so maybe it is. You have got to see this movie 100 times!!!

Summary: I wouldn't watch this with my mother, but it was hysterical.
Review: I think most men can relate to the Ben Stiller character. He's a nice guy just trying to be happy, yet he keeps hitting speed bumps and detours on the road to true love. I was embarrased watching the hair gel scene. Yet I laughed so hard I cried. This is one comedy that I will watch again every year or so. I love to laugh, so I love this movie. I will recommend this movie to my friends under 55.

Summary: A classic piece of comedy pushes the envelope of bad taste.
Review: Stiller and Diaz are perfectly cast to pull off what could have been a diaster in the hands of less talented actors. Stiller is destined to be one of the outstanding comedic actors of this decade. Diaz will likely join the ranks of top comedians like Bernadette Peters and Goldie Hawn. A delicious combination of sexy good looks and talent. This is a must see video.

Review: Certainly not my idea of funny, it was mean, crude and had only moments when it was genuinely funny. It was a reasonale success so I guess that proves that it is some peoples idea of a good time. eg. Who would laugh at a dog having the wires of a power cord pressed into its stomache or a man being shot for singing or a down sindrome man be smacked down by an egotistical mean spirited #@!%& for playing a game, try telling me thats all in good humour.

Summary: Laughed My *** off First Time I Saw Movie
Review: And am still looking for it! In the theatre, I was howling at this movie. DVD feature set is great (it arrived from buy.com before release date, go figure). Particularly a blast to see a scene over and over. But face it, this movie is basically a collection of many funny scenes. As a whole it stretches credulity. Still, I wouldn't part with it from my collection.

Review: A number of times, when I rented a video, I saw the ad for this movie. I was looking forward to see it all because it looked like it would be one long sad & sorry joke. Alas, there is no scenario, the acting is appaling and all the gags are present in the preview! what a waste of time and effort...
