Summary: It may be a "guy movie" but this chick LOVES it
Review: I may not be able to relate to it as well as I can to, say, The Truth About Cats and Dogs, but I have never laughed so hard at any movie in my life. And relating isn't so important if you can understand and empathize the characters. I saw a little bit of me in Trent (loud, outspoken) and a little of my friends in Mike and Sue. It helps the average girl understand the not-so-normal thinking of the not-so-average guy that we all end up falling for. And besides all that, it's realistic. Name another '90's movie that is more realistic. The story is great, the acting perfect, the direction great. Buy this or rent it. No matter what your gender.

Summary: Totally money
Review: My wife & I had a hoot watching this film, and we also saw, and loved, 'Go' this weekend - Liman does something unheard of - makes LA seem just like any other town and vega look no more exciting than your own local red-light area.

Liman and Favreau are seriously important new voices in cinema - scenes like the cringingly painful series of phonecalls to the girl's answering machine, or the psychic cat in 'Go' are just pure genius.

A beautiful baby of a film.

Summary: A snazzy view of lost love and "Getting back in the saddle."
Review: This film was so money! It was a great view into relationships with friends and women. I have honestly seen only a few movies that even come close to the honesty and comedy of this. A lot of the comedy is subtle, so pay attention to both the plot and what is said by everyone...A must for you movie buffs out there!

Summary: Review from a guy who's worn both Mike's and Trent's shoes.
Review: Talk about money! This movie is a direct copy of my life. Comming from a guy who was living the life of Trent, a no-lose, get any girl life, to Mike... yes, my girlfriend of six years cheated on me, and it's been six months and I'm just now getting over it. This movie is for anyone who's ever been in love with women, life, or swinging. When I spoke with Jon Faverau about the movie, he said it was fun to make, and it shows. The acting, writing and direction are all top notch. So mix a cocktail, kick off your Wingtips, and get ready for a movie that's so money, and it doesn't even know it!

Summary: Perhaps the ultimate "guy" flick
Review: Swingers has been called the guy's version of the quintessential "chick flick"...and it very well may be. There's a lot of truths in here that any guy who has either been on the prowl, or been kicked in the teeth by love, can relate to. Vince Vaughn puts on a tour-de-force performance, as "T", who displays all the rules that a single man lives by. The best scene has got to be the explanation of the defenseless bunny.

WARNING: The temptation will be there to adopt the phrase "You're money" after viewing this, but don't. Everyone will know where it's from, and you'll just come off sounding like a dork (it's not like I know this from experience or anything...)

But why are there no extras with this DVD? I assume that the film is semi-autobiographical, and a running commentary by writer/star Jon Favreau would be a welcome addition. i think they missed the boat big time on that.

Summary: One Of The Funniest...
Review: I Rented This With Hopes That it would be a good indie....what I got was much, much more..it's the biggest step in american film since "Schlindler's List" and "Clearks"......In My Opinion...the funniest scene is where they're playing the hockey game.....be Sure To Rent It.................

Summary: An original and hilarious look at dating in the 90's
Review: This movie is one of the funniest I have ever seen. I bought it a week after seeing it. Jon Favreau really taps into the "do's and don'ts" of dating. Behind the backdrop of the L.A. club scene, this movie explores the difficulties of commitment and relationships. Of course, putting Big Bad Voodoo Daddy in the movie was such a great idea.+

Summary: All I can say is Money...
Review: Want a movie that will strike a strong comedy blend yet also have deeper meaning? Try Swingers. It is the most ingenious movie I have ever seen on any screen. The first time I saw it, I went out and bought it. I would say I have seen it about 50 times and it never gets old. If you have the extra 15 bucks, buy this movie! You won't be disappointed.

Summary: Buy or rent it, it's extremely well worth the Money.
Review: It's a once in the decade movie. You know, the cast and crew is perfect. Everyone involved in this movie must have done a perfect job, or else it wouldn't have been sp great to watch. Like I said, go and rent for the first time... or second... or third...

Summary: Swingers is suprisingly entertaining for all
Review: When I first sat down to watch Swingers, I had no idea how smart and sexy it would be. Although it may seem like yet another teen movie, Swingers uses incredible young actors, boundless under-the-surface humor and an amazing sound track to give two hours of entertainment that actually doesn't put your brain in a coma.
