Review: I'm not the biggest Kiss fan, but I really enjoyed this movie. It kept me laughing for the entire duration of the movie. The DVD's extras are what really sold me. Full movie-length commentaries by the director, the cast, and all four members of Kiss, plus trailers and behind-the-scenes footage, a guitar lesson, and much more.This was my first DVD experience, and I am glad this was it!

Review: I didn't like Detroit Rock City that much. I managed to view the entire film, but I seriously doubt that I'll ever watch it a second time. It reminded me of American Pie a little. I've always had a lot of respect for Kiss, mostly because they were the first band I got into when I was very small in the late seventies. Detroit Rock City wasn't original and the script wasn't great. The movie had some moments here and there, but on the whole it was mostly bland and not very interesting. A disappointing movie.

Review: Detroit Rock City is the best movie I have ever seen. The critics didn't enjoy it but do they ever enjoy any good movies? The lines and the utter comedy in this movie make it one of the best I have ever viewed. This movie will not dissapoint. The antics pulled off by these 4 kids are great. From breaking Jam out of the Boarding school up to well I won't give away the end.. this movie is great if you want an enjoyable evening rent Detroit Rock City and you will not be dissapointed.

Review: This Movie, "Detroit Rock City" has had ot be one of the best movies i have seen in a very long time, and don't think i'm saying that because i don't go to the movies all the time. The feeling you get when youwatch this movie is unequaled by any othermovie i have ever seen. Some of theparts were so hilarious and "out there" that popcorn came out of mymouth i was laughing so hard, in the end it all gets peiced together and proves a wonderful movie.This is a movie foranyone who's looking for a little comedy andalot oftruth

Review: I got this Movie for the DVD and I probably watched it about a hundred times, it's so halarious, it's got verbal and text menu's. If you have a guitar there's even a special feature were they teach you how to play rock and roll all night! and many other features as well like Music Videos, Theatrical Trailer and Three Feature Length Commentaries. GO BUY THIS MOVIE! The Soundtrack to this film is AWESOME too it gots The Boys Are Back in Town, Shout It Out Loud, Detroit Rock City, Cat Scratch Fever, And a really twisted version of Highway to Hell by Marilyn Manson. Almost all of the songs on the CD are remixes from different artists but they ROCK. If you buy only one soundtrack to a movie this year make it this one you won't regret it I gurantee it!

Summary: Not just for KISS fans!
Review: When this movie came out in Aug. '99, I saw it twice, the day it came out and then the next day! I'm a huge KISS fan and I liked it pretty well. My wife itsn't a fan and she liked it. Although I not old enough to have seen them back in the '70s, I saw them on their '96/'97 Worldwide Tour twice. I'm 24 years old. I started to listen to them when I was eight years old; my older brother bought me Lick It Up in '83. When I was younger, everybody was shocked that I liked a band "past my time". I have always loved them and always will, until the day I die. They ARE the best band in the world. If you haven't seen KISS: The Second Coming, you're missing out! KISS rules!

Review: Ok so yah me and a friend had nothing to do so we rented this movie. It was the best thing we have done in a long time. This movie is for those who liked and or were born in the late 70's and eairly 80's. This is a movie that really showed what me and my friends are really like. A lot of teens out there act like this on a daily basis and have fun doing it. If you are a person that likes rock music you have to see it. If you are a person that likes hot guys in a movie you have to see it. If you are a person that likes KISS you have to see it. I think everyone should see it just so that they know what it was like to be a teen when their parents were teens. Most of all if you just like hanging with you friends you have to see this movie. "I's the greatest thing since sliced bread! "
