Rating: Summary: "Julius! Are you allergic to something?" Review: This film delighted, entertained, and surprised me when I first saw it on the big screen in 1988. Why the surprise? Because I never dreamed "Ahnold" could hold his own in a comedic role. But the Austrian muscle man creates laughs as easily as he bashes heads together, and TWINS remains a perennial favorite of mine.As ridiculous as the plot is (Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito are the products of genetic engineering gone awry), this movie succeeds because of the chemistry between the two actors. It's more than obvious to the viewer that Arnold and DeVito had a blast making this movie, from the action scenes to the way the actors mimic one another to create the "twins" effect. It's all great fun to watch, and the timing between the two is pure bliss. The movie's tender moments are overly sappy--yet still very effective (especially DeVito's character), and the scrumptious Kelly Preston strikes one of the most memorable poses in all of cinematic history. Director Ivan Reitman delivers a quality comedy, which makes TWINS a thorough feel-good experience. Pop this puppy into the VCR and enjoy. --D. Mikels

Rating: Summary: Perfect cast , Perfect script, Perfect time...... Review: this is one of the best 80's movies I've ever seen! Arnold and Danny DeVito possess comedic chemistry unmatched by any other duo.Its one of those 80's movies that leave you reminiscent of the days of old. Great supporting cast including Kelly Preston and a young David Caruso. One of the greats! Highly recommended!
Rating: Summary: Not a review; trivia submission Review: This isn't really a review, but it's the only way I know to send some trivia. In the bar scene, two of the musicians are Terry Bozzio (drummer for an '80s band called Missing Persons) and legendary guitarist Jeff Beck, who was in the Yardbirds in the early '60s and is still recording today.
Rating: Summary: Double the Comedy Review: This movie is great. How can you not love Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito as Twins. Originally made back in 1988 this movie has stood the test of time. It is one of Arnold's more comedic roles as he plays the innocent foreigner relying on the wisdom of his criminal brother. As they travel on a cross country trip to discover who they are and make a little money they realize what brotherhood is all about. Twins is definitely a great film.
Rating: Summary: no Review: this movie was just dumb. Come on Devito and Arnold as twins?! Give me a break!
Rating: Summary: Hilarous and Touching Review: This was a film that I really didn't expect. The cast was also a surprise, but a very pleasant one. Danny Devito and Arnold Schwarzenegger are fraternal twin brothers who were seperated at birth not only from each other, but from their mother and fathers. That alone should tell you that you are in for a wonderfully suprising comedy that will not disapoint.
Rating: Summary: Pretty Decent Movie Review: Twins is a pretty decent and enjoyable movie. That fact that Danny and Arnie could actually be brothers is pretty fuuny. The acting could be better....alot better. But what can you expect it's Arnold Schwarzenegger? The man will get an audience just because of his muscles. Talking about that there's a scene where Arnold rips a shirt cause his bicep is to big. Completely rididcouls, a poor reason for him to show off his arms. Other than that it's a good movie.
Rating: Summary: An Odd Couple for sure Review: Twins is one of those movies you're either going to like or not, but in any event, it's one of those "one of a kind" movies which shows the versatility of Devito and Arnie, and in this movie, you actually grow to like them both, especially after you learn about their outrageous beginnings, and begin to understand their respective environments which lead to their adulthood. I didn't buy the whole thing, but it was a good movie anyway.
Rating: Summary: A NICE CHANGE OF PACE FOR ARNOLD Review: TWO LONG LOST GENTICALLY DESIGNED TWIN BROTHERS [ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER AND DANNY DEVITO] FINALLY MEET EACH OTHER AT THE AGE OF 35. VERY FUNNY AND WITH SOME FINE DRAMATIC MOMENTS TOO. THIS MOVIE DEFINITELY PROVED THERE WAS A LOT MORE TO ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER THAN JUST BIG BUDGET ACTION MOVIES. THIS IS A GOOD MOVIE FOR ANY FAN OF ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER.
