Summary: Dumb entertainment at its best
Review: I love this movie because it had a great cast and as many people have pointed out, is absolutely dumb entertainment.
I would say it is along the same lines as Scary Movie, but that wouldnt really be giving Nothing but trouble, justice.
What's funny is if you watch it quite a few times you notice different little things about the movie.

Review: Really truly positively the WORST movie ever made, and I've seen Super Mario Brothers.The only reason to buy, rent, or watch this film is to punish someone who has wronged you. Possibly to pull out whenever someone starts talking smack about the worst movie of all time. You can use this as proof they are wrong. Really, how this got greenlit is beyond me. It's just that bad.

Review: For someone to say they DID NOT Like this film is close-minded and boring. My finance and I found it extremely funny. And the Fart Scene was amazing. You have to admit once in a while you fart too. ...I give it 5 stars and then some. Im so hungry I want a hotdog. Police car had style. Disney should have that rollercoaster! CHOMP! So have some fun in life and laugh at the bizarre. afterall, its the bizarre thats making millions.

Summary: Nothing but trouble
Review: "Bizzaro" is the only word to describe it. Great humor, and yet great acting. John Candy played a dual part as well as Dan Aykroyd which were hilarious! This movie goes to the collection of dark comedies with a lot of imagination. The weirder the better as far as I am concerned!

Summary: Possibly the worst movie ever made
Review: Purely mindless, but not even in a funny way. The plot, characters, and jokes were awful. If you want to spend a rainy afternoon with a silly movie, try something like Dumb & Dumber or maybe Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. At least the jokes in those movies have punchlines. Leonard Maltin called this movie "Stupefyingly unwatchable" and I agree.

Review: Ok let me start off by saying that this movies is funny. Take it for what it is. Why are people taking this movie so seriously?? One reviewer said that he was "scarred for life", and it "scarred" him by watching it. He also said that he wanted to take all the people that gave it 5 stars to the psycho ward. Well buddy, YOU are the one that needs to be taken to a psycho ward. If you let a movie "scar you for life", then you need to be there. You have no sense of fantasy?? Also if you like Chevy Chase and his one liners, you will like this movie. Yes it is a bit out there, but that is what makes it unique and funny. Chevy Chase is the master of one liners. No question about it. Just like in Fletch. Watch this movie, and take it for what it is. Laters.

Summary: I really liked it
Review: I can't believe so many people don't like this. Many of the reviews I read act like they took the movie way to seriously, stating that its not even believable, well duh! It's a comedy, take it for face value. I admit its a totally goofy movie with a little bit of Horror thrown in for good measure, but I like those kinds, like "Beatlejuice". Plus its got a cool Mopar Police car that is running Nitrous that John Candy drives to run down the Beamer when they try to get away. The junkyard setting of the Court House is cool too, lots of really funny props and gags if you pay attention.

Summary: Zany comedy with a perfect cast
Review: All they wanted was to get to Atlantic City. But we can't always get what we want. Financial publisher Chris Thorne (Chevy Chase) certainly can't. When his new crush Diane (Demi Moore), an investment attorney, has to rush to Atlantic City to stop a client from making a big mistake, Chris decides to play chauffeur, and obnoxious South American "Brazillionaires" Fausto and Renalda tag along - unfortunately. They soon decide to take a "scenic route" and wind up in Valkenvania, a hellish speed trap off the New Jersey Turnpike. After moving and speeding violations, the foursome are hauled off to the town's crazy courthouse, run by crazy 106-year-old Judge Alvin Valkenheiser (Dan Akroyd), his grandson Dennis (John Candy), and his large-and-in-charge granddaughter Eldona. Soon Chris and Diane are running for their lives through the Judge's little funhouse of moving walls, bats, and a cannibalistic roller coaster named Mister Bonestripper. Chevy Chase is perfect as the protaganist who just wants what he came for, and Demi Moore is his perfect compliment. Dan Akroyd and John Candy are a hoot in not one but two crazy roles each.

Summary: Worst movie ever!
Review: Why on earth anyone involved actually went through with making this movie is beyond me. I generally can go for dark humor. This movie is not funny, nor believable, nor redeeming in anyway. As the movie unfolds, rather than laighing at the strange characters presented, I was put off by some of the bizarre twisted portrayals.
I suspect someone got a speeding ticket in a small town and wrote this to rant and rave and make a statement about it. Save your money! Rent it first if you must before blowing any more money on this stinker.
