Summary: yeah CUTE, but you actually call this a MOVIE?
Review: Well, what I thought in the end of the film was "oh no, don't tell me you actually end a movie like this!"

Sure this movie had some cute scenes, Campbell's performance was nice,Spelling was funny, Pitoc's body was gorgeous (but he sure CAN'T act!), blah blah blah.

But you expect A LOT more from a movie which you actually PAY to go see. I mean everything was so...amateur-ish, good or bad. You'd rather go see a local high school movie festival or something. This time for free ;)

Summary: Fun and funny
Review: There is no need for a film featuring gay characters to fulfill any agenda - this is one of the most entertaining and funny movies I've ever seen, not only because of the hugely appealing gay characters, but because of the Broadway wannabe played to perfection by the amazing Tori Spelling. Campbell and Pitoc are excellent, as are all the supporting performers. But it's Spelling's show: whenever she's onscreen she enlivens a movie that doesn't in any case have a dull frame. Not for everybody, but who cares? You will know people who won't laugh at or appreciate this wonderful flick: they'll be those whose company is more boring than watching the hairs on your arm grow. Mix a martini, pop Trick into your VCR, sit back and enjoy. Voila, it's showtime!

Summary: This TRICK flick is a Treat!
Review: TRICK is a wondeful, sweet, and charming movie. Christian Campbell (formerly of NBC television's short-lived NBC primetime drama Malibu Shores) in the well-acted role of Gabriel is the shy and VERY cute lead opposite of the trying-too-hard-to-act-with-angst newbie John Paul Pitoc in the role as Marc. Mixed in with one hilarious drag queen named Coco and an over-the-top, yet hilarious, Tori Spelling (you must see the cheese fries scene), and you have an excellent flick with believable characters and an even more believable screenplay...maybe too believable, we all feel as if we know someone in this movie...especially Gabriel. He's the guy looking for a quick fling, but finds something more than that. I highly recommend this purchase. After all, with his dimples and sparkling eyes, it's almost impossible to get enough of Christian Campbell. Being the brother of Neve, it is obvious good looks AND talent run deep in this family. So, see and buy this film as soon as you can...if you don't, the trick could be on you.

Summary: did not live up to expectations
Review: anticlimatic, lacking in story. there was more stereotypes inthis movie than should be permitted, the self-centered musclehead, theBroadway musical expert/songwriter who falls for him, the ultra-viscious dragqueen, the piano bar, and the ... hag who can't get lucky. all of these elements together create a film which is completely unoriginal, dull, and contrived. A far better gay film is Get Real. END

Summary: TRICK was a AWESOME Movie!
Review: TRICK is a Awesome movie! When i saw this movie i was so amazed at the reality of this flick. The cast (all of them) did a great job. I was really impressed b newcomer JOHN PAUL PITOC. This Guy did a amazing job with the way he first came off as a stripper who was just looking for a one night stand, while his character progressed he showed he was more than just a Buff guy looking for a one nighter. He showed that he was just as vulnerable as anyone else. This movie was very inspiring and I also have to thank John Paul Pitoc for inspiring me to work out harder at my gym to get a buff body like him. Tori Spelling also impressed me and that was a major suprise. All i can say is this is the type of Movie that shows LOVE knows no color, race, or sexual preference. Thank GOD for movies like TRICK that inspire and OPEN minds. One final thing, the song that plays in the credits "A TRICK OF FAITH" is a great song. TRICK is Awesome and i give it TWO THUMBS WAY UP! One of my favorite movies TRICK is a Major TREAT!

Summary: Do Not Bother
Review: This movie was recommended as a very funny movie...only if you like VERY stupid, young (and I mean young) gay humor. I was extremely disappointed and bored with the poor acting as well as the ... story line. Do not waste your time or money...wait for it to become an after school special or something.

Summary: JUST TOO CUTE
Review: Bought the DVD version, and cant stop watching it. Its a feel good gay movie.Just goes to show you, you can't judge a book, or guy, by thier cover. Gabriel shy and insecure blooms the longer he and Mark are together that long night. And Mark proves he's a romantic not caught up in the body beauitful trip (even though he has one) by turning down a host of hot guys that come on to him in favor of Gabriels company. The longer these two guys are together you just have that feeling of "love at first sight".Two lonely guys for different reasons, match. Now if they could just hook up.

Summary: Too Damn Cute and Romantic To Resist...
Review: Well, I have to say I absolutely fell in love with this movie when I first saw it. It's just so romantic and sweet...how can you help but fall in love with everything involved in this movie? It makes you want to wish you that the one trick you had that one night, or several nights for the past weekends (whichever applies), may turn into "the one." Either way, the movie is great to watch. It has a great cast (I couldn't believe how perfect Tori Spelling was in the movie), and it never becomes uninteresting. Even the cliches in the movie are given a new twist, which is hard to do in today's movies. Can't deny watching a beautiful go-go boy dancing to "Dreamweaver" isn't one of my personal highlights, but nothing beats Tori Spelling and her freak-out, french fry scene. Well, maybe the anticipated kiss between Gabriel and Mark at the end of the film beat that...but only by a small margin. Either way, the film is great...one of my favorites...right up there with "Jeffrey."

Summary: True love lives...in the village
Review: True love, love at first sight, and crossdressers! It's all here Jim Fall's hillarious romantic comedy, Trick. It's a great story of boy meets boy, boys try to find somewhere to show their strong attraction to each other, but boys run into numerous obstacles in the process. This movie is great. The writing and acting are fabulous, and the music is incredible. Christian Campbell (baby brother to Neve) and new comer John Paul Pitoc are great together, Tori Spelling (who I usually don't care for) is perfect, and Steve Hayes and Miss Coco Peru steal the show. This is a great movie to watch gay or straight and is one to be watched over and over agin.
