Review: BIG fan of 80's... music and culture, and most of all The Movies. she's having a baby is not just a teen movie like "sweet sixteen" or "breakfast club". Its somewhat a true newly wed story with many funny moments wishing your marriage will be like that some day. Soundtrac is great with kate bush "the woman's work". My girlfriend cried and as i hand her the tisue when this song played. i told her i'll feel the same if she were the wife. boy i got lovin that nite... i would watch over and over again and the last credit when 80's famous star show their contribution suggesting the name for the baby, i thought it was clever..

Review: "She's Having A Baby" is a must for any fan of 80's films. If you *are* in fact having a baby or thinking about trying you will surely be able to find humor in watching this. Some people say this is a "chick-flick", but I think it is for anyone. This John Hughes film is another great one. I am happy to finally have the DVD.

The soundtrack is great, too!

Review: Any one who has graduated college, fallen in love, gotten married, bought a house and is now contemplating a family can relate to this movie. Seen through Kevin Bacon's perspective so it's not truly a "girl" movie. Never fails to make me laugh and cry no matter how many times I've seen it. Excellent sound-track is a bonus!

Review: I had just gotton married when this movie came out and I thought this "was how it was supposed to be". This movie made such an impact on me. I bought the "cassette" soundtrack and it is my favorite one to this day. I only wish I could find it in a CD because it's starting to slow down. I still watch this movie over and over and laugh and cry everytime I see it. Kevin and Elizabeth had such a chemistry on screen. My daughter, Elizabeth, was born in 1990.

Review: I saw this many many years ago and vaguely remembered really liking it, so I recently rented it again. I loved it (and understood it) even more the second time around! My friend and I watched it over and over and she cried every time. I just loved this movie. We are currently looking for the soundtrack, ha ha, like we'll ever find that. But I think that the movie is a great real-life description of love, life, marriage, raising kids, and all the tough things that REALLY happen throughout all of these things. The movie doesn't sugar-coat things and have everything be perfect. It shows real life. I suggest this to anyone looking for a good movie and maybe a good cry.

Summary: This is the funniest they come!
Review: I saw this movie when my husband and I were expecting a baby girl. It was our anniversary when it came out, and so it was the present. And what a present it was! Both of us were totally entertained-we thought it was hilarious and entertaining. We don't quite see how the exotic dancer fit in, and when Davis wanted Elizabeth McGovern's character to kiss him-we didn't really see how that part made a difference in the movie. But, "She's Having A Baby" is a great movie and we'd recommend it to anyone who's pregnant or has kids. To us, that says it all.
