Summary: Howard Stern's Private parts
Review: I loved the Howard Stern movie, I have seen it st least 7 times. The story was funny and some of us can relate to being unpopular and finding that certain someone who loves you for who you are. I am dedicated listener to his show and find his crude humor entertaining and no way insulting. I highly recommend this movie to who are not Howard fan's, your point of view will change after you see it and you may end up with some kind of respect for a guy who got to the top by just being himself.

Summary: Private Parts
Review: All I see is rave reviews for this movie, yet I wasn't nearly as impressed. Don't get me wrong, I like Howard Stern and his show, but why the guy made a movie about his life is beyond me. Well, that's not true, I DO know why he made it - to make more money, of course.

Anyway, on to my thoughts: the acting's laughable, there's no twists or turns in the story (actually, there's no real story at all) and I fail to see the point the film is trying to make...or even if it's trying to make one at all.

However, it's not all bad; there's a generous helping of T&A in there and I'd be lying if I said that I didn't laugh out loud a few times. But, in my opinion, the bad outways the good here.

Bottom line: if you want to watch a good movie about a controversial 'rebel' trying to fight censorship, watch 'The People Versus Larry Flynt'.

Summary: Comedic reaction to Howard's action; Fred steals the show
Review: In Private Parts, you get to see Howard Stern's meteoric rise from his humble beginnings to his reign as the King of All Media. You also get to see him meet and recruit his allies in broadcasting- Robin Quivers, Jackie Martling, and...

...Fred Norris, the King of Mars. The "King of Mars" moniker was given to him by Howard for his rather strange & unusual behavior and demeanor. Fred reprises his earlier self & behavior beautifully in Private Parts, which at times would come very close to upstaging Howard's own on-air antics. Fred's performance in some ways reminded me of Christopher LLoyd's portrayal of "Reverend Jim" from the Taxi TV sitcom, a character I found both scary and funny at the same time. Fred has been known to be both as well... even to this day.

Other great moments in the movie were peoples' reactions to what Howard would say on the air. Be it someone listening to the show in his car, the radio management suits at the station, or even Howard's wife Alison, whenever Howard says or plays something that's sure to cause a reaction, it does... with riotous results. It makes those funny moments even funnier.

Enjoy!

Summary: A hysterical view of becoming "King of All Media."
Review: In this movie, Howard takes us back to the beginning, before Robin, Ba Ba Booey, and Lesbian Dating Games. The audience gets an honest glimps into Howard's life and sees the events that transform this teenage misfit into the self-proclaimed "King of All Media." I loved this movie not only because I am a tremendous Howard Stern fan but because he is so honest and shares everything with his audience. I also thought that the movie was a loving tribute to his wife, Alison. At the end of the movie, Howard mentions that she is the best friend he could ever have had and that she was the one who stood beside him on his journey to superstardom.

Summary: Surprisingly Great
Review: I rented this film just to get an insight on what drove Howard to be the man he is today, expecting nothing more but a couple of laughs here and there. But what I got was a above anything I ever expected. It's non-stop comedy from start to finish and in the end your asking for more of Stern.

Summary: Shows a true perception of Howard Stern
Review: I have to say that I was disgusted by everything I heard about Howard Stern. I came across this video and was hooked. I now understand what he had to go through to get where he is and I respect him more now. I don't necessarily agree with everything he does but at least he has the guts to do it.

Review: It explined what all he had to go through to get where he is today

Summary: Uneven history of Howard Stearns' rise to fame.
Review: The final third of this movie is pretty funny. The first two thirds is, at best, uneven. The history of Stearns' rise is,, in and of itself, interesting given that he has, good or bad, changed radio. I rented the movie based on reviews in Amazon.com -- I just did not see it the way most others did.

Summary: The KING proves himself again!
Review: If you want to see the most entertaining movie that keeps you laughing the whole way through, see this! If he does not broadcast in your area and you want to see a man go from rags to riches, get to know the man behind the sunglasses in this movie that is well put together and is a great dose of the KING! ENJOY!
