Rating: Summary: This isn't a bad film. I liked it. Review: Jennifer Aniston used her best acting ability. She was just as good in this film as she was on the Friends T.V.show. She showed much of her personality in this film. She can be strong and assertive but at the same time, she could be humorous and fun to be with. If you don't want to buy the movie at least rent it.
Rating: Summary: Guess which Friends series she was between? Review: That's the problem with early Jennifer Aniston movies (not now, obviously, since it's finished, duh), you can always match the hairstyle to the series of Friends. I'm taking a wild guess and saying this was filmed between series three & four. I think. (Does this give me an excuse to watch them again?!)
Jennifer Aniston takes the role of a person who is willing to do anything just to get a guy - anything?! I know, so many options, so little time. Doing this, she must break another guy's heart. Aw, what a shame. It's been done before in these kinda movies, it's nothing new. And you wanna know what the worst thing is? The guy she wants, is Kevin Bacon, who only sleeps with women who are otherwise attached, to other men. Talk about a commitment-phobe! And the other, who's heart she breaks, is Jay Mohr. Yes I know, that's what I said, who? Between these two guys, neither of them has one iota of cute guy-ness. And one is Kevin Bacon. Enough to spook me out after his performance in Hollow Man. An unforgettable performance in my eyes. One that will haunt me for the rest of my life.
If it wasn't for Friends, then I'm guessing Jennifer Aniston wouldn't have much luck in Hollywood, and she may not have caught Brad Pitt's eye. Who knows. You can watch each series of Friends (now THERE'S something to do next time my boyfriend threatens to put on Indiana Jones) and see how much her fashion sense, and makeup get better. Two or three years after Friends, her style leaves little to be desired. None of her movies have been that outstanding, although The Good Girl comes pretty close but in my eyes she's done better than the rest of the Friends cast put together (Lost In Space anyone?)
The storyline may be slightly dodgy, but you can't fault Jennifer Aniston in it. True, she's Rachel, but she has been in nearly all the movies she's done, and her and all the Friends cast will always be known for their characters. Now if I could just find Object Of My Affection for a decent price, I'd be happy.
Rating: Summary: Jay Mohr ! Review: The real hero of this movie is Jay Mohr, the way he almost brushes off Jennifer Aniston at the end was PRICELESS! She didn't deserve he affection at that point, but somehow, she eventually got it! (must've been the skimpy dress she was wearin'! ) Not a blockbuster, but enjoyable to watch
Rating: Summary: Why do I care about these people? Review: The story is completely predictable. The characters are pretty to look at, but not all that pleasant or interesting. It's not the worst way to pass ninety minutes, but there's little to recommend it.
Rating: Summary: Picture Perfect Review: this is a great movie, it was so great that i watched 6 times in a period of 5 days, if you haven't seen this movie yet go out and rent it and then if you like it see Jennifer Aniston follow up romantic comedy The Object of my Affection.
Rating: Summary: Cute Romantic Flick Review: This is a really cute movie. Jennifer Aniston is pretty good in it, but I must say that Jay Mohr is so adorable in this movie, how can any girl not fall in love with him. A good movie for a 1st date or with your loved one. :)
Rating: Summary: I Love Jay Mohr Review: This is an enjoyable, tender, occasionally laugh-out-loud funny, slightly derivative, perfectly amiable romantic comedy. If you don't like Jennifer Aniston or Jay Mohr, and if you're not a bit of a sucker for slightly improbable romantic comedies, you likely won't like this one. BUT. If you are any of these things, and especially if you have a huge crush on Jay Mohr, as I do, then you will really like and possibly love this movie.
Rating: Summary: "Yes. I would like my romance light with very little fluff." Review: This is more predictable Hollywood romance, with a dash of semi-realism. While it is noteworthy to point out the strong female character that Jennifer Aniston plays, the script eventually falls into the classic mold of misconstrued circumstances leading (hopefully) to outright laughter. While the laughs never really come, the romance between Mrs. Aniston and Jay Mohr is charged with some believable chemistry. These two people really like each other, and not just platonically. Some of the potential laughs are forced, like every scene involving Olympia Dukakis and her loud over-acting. Kevin Bacon really doesn't come across as a believable love-interest, either. It would have been better had he been a complete slimeball. There are no characters to either love nor hate, and only the lead female character to admire; and for all the heterosexual men in the world, only Jay Mohr's character to envy. Jennifer Aniston eventually has to carry this film until Jay Mohr shows up, so the first 30 minutes are laborious. But once the chemistry begins and the embers start to glow, the movie reveals a kind of honesty that is refreshing. This is a solid rental; or if you are a hopeless/hopeful romantic, this just might be your cup of coffee.

Rating: Summary: waste of time Review: This movie was one of the most hideous movies I have ever seen. It was dreadfully boring, had a flat and unintelligent plot, and was full of the worst acting I have ever witnessed. Aniston shows no talent whatsoever, and is almost sickening to watch. I felt as though I had wasted two hours of my time, and walked away from the movie feeling stupider than I have ever before. Please do not watch this movie. It was a regetable mistake.
