Summary: Tons of fun!
Review: It's fantastic to see a movie that delivers legitimate entertainment. Silverstone, Fraser and Walken were terrific! When a movie makes you laugh like this one, it's a keeper. Simple is better. Boy meets girl back to the basics. The film was meant to be a good time and it was nothing less. Alicia silverstone once again shows that she is a diversified actress that spells Quality.

Summary: A cute, feel-good comedy.
Review: Okay, maybe the idea is a little far fetched, but it's a comedy. I thought this was a very cute movie that left me satisfied at the end. It's heart warming, funny, and charming.

Summary: Great Fun!
Review: Alicia Silverstone is NOT a terrible actress. Dave Foley is one of the funniest people I have ever seen ("he's like from X-files or something"), and Brendan Fraser pulls off another awesome surprise for us all. There aren't many actors these days that have the depth (yes, depth) that this young man has. Compare George of the Jungle to his Clayton character in Gods and Monsters. Or Adam Webber to his character in "Twighlight of the Golds" I actually did a little research on him after seeing several of his films...he is educated, talented, bright, certainly can dance (ballet, jazz, swing, etc), and has both comedic and dramatic qualities that you just can't find often anymore. He certainly will never be stereocast. This film does exactly what it is supposed to do--Blast you back to the Past for little rest and relaxation. Thank you all for the refreshing rest!!!! I'm buying it before the price even falls, I enjoyed it that much.

Summary: One of the most entertaining films ever
Review: This sure was a funny movie. The plots, at first,I thought was too corny to have the movie based on it, but it was most entertaining films ever. The cast was just lovable. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Summary: Fun Comedy with Great Actors and Clever Plot
Review: I really enjoyed Blast From The Past on the big screen and at home. It is a clever story about two wacky parents (Sissy Spacek and Christopher Walken) who raise their son (Brendan Frasier) completely underground in their luxurious bomb shelter. When he is sent above to Los Angeles in the 90's the laughs begin with his love interest (Alicia Silverstone) and her friend (Dave Foley). It is a fun film for all generations and can be viewed by the entire family. Finally, the soundtrack and music is fantastic. Don't miss out on this great film.

Summary: This is a funny, entertaining fantasy movie to make you smile
Review: Yes,the premise is far fetched, but aren't most movies?People who criticize the plot are missing the point, sit back and enjoy the magic of movies and fantasy.A naive, lovable man meets a jaded and cynical girl and slowly wins her love by simply being sincere and genuinely caring about her and other people, without a hint of prejudice. The movie was funny, the dance scene was amazing and Brendan Fraser is adorable and has wonderful comic timing. It makes you feel good, not many movies do that

anymore.Dave Foley was hilarious as was Chris Walken in a comic role instead of a psycho! You have to admit a person from the 60's in the 90's would be pretty funny,so if you like a feel good movie about love, fantasy and the concept that people are basically good at heart on TOP of being funny, please watch this. You may end of wathcing it again again.......

Summary: Even though I've only seen this movie once, I like it alot .
Review: This isn't exactly the type of movie I'd like, but after seeing it for the first time so far, I like it very much, especially since Brendan Fraser was in it, and intend to buy it as soon as I can.

Summary: One of the best all-around family fun movies in years!
Review: My family and I went to see "Blast From The Past" 3 times while in theatrical release. It was funny, heartwarming and depicted good family values. I held Brendan Fraser's character of Adam up to my daughter as "the kind of guy her Dad and I would like to see her bring home". Fraser as Adam, Christopher Walken & Sissy Spacek as his parents and Dave Foley as his new found friend were all tremendous and very, very funny! Alicia Silverstone turned out a fine performance as well. There are scenes in "Blast From The Past" at which I laughed so hard I could hardly breathe. The moment I found it was out on DVD I raced to my favorite store, Amazon.com, to order our family copy. Hope we don't wear the DVD out! Looking for a truly entertaining film that's worth popping the popcorn and gathering the family around for a terrific evening of movie watching? You'll find it with "Blast From The Past"!

Summary: Oh my god...@_@
Review: Ok, this has got to be one of the worst movies I've ever seen... Come on, opening lines like "Oh my lucky stars, a negro!" and "I've seem to have dropped my Congressional medal of honor". Oh please. I've heard better opening lines in Kids in the Hall: Brain Candy. (By the way, Dave Foley is also in that one. ^_^) I'm probably rent it for my friend, because he likes the lines "Don't touch my elevator" and "I come in peace". Me? I'll rent it because of Dave Foley.
