Rating: Summary: A total delight from beginning to end if you like to laugh Review: It is so refreshing to see a movie that does not highlight violence, sex, and foul language and yet still deliver the goods. While not a die-hard Murray fan I enjoyed his work in this one as he played the role perfectly. The movie was fun from the start and kept me laughing to the end. It reminded me of why I used to go to the movies.
Rating: Summary: This was Great! Review: I don't like those reviews at the top of this page. I thought it was a funny plot played perfectly by bill murray and reccommend it to anyone who likes to laugh.
Rating: Summary: bill murray rules, so yeah, i'm biased... Review: this movie will make you laugh, i promise. it's not brain surgery, just a very funny film. if you're looking for a pretentious, cerebral movie-with-a-message, this isn't it. but if you like bill murray and are just looking for a great laugh, this'll do the trick.
Rating: Summary: Underappreciated Funny Film Review: This movie was lost in the Austin Powers excitement. It is nothing like Austin Powers but definitely has its moments of hilarity. My only issue with the film is the last two minutes - which I thought didn't work very well. Other than that it is definitely one to watch.
Rating: Summary: It was so Funny. Review: The funniest movie of the year
Rating: Summary: Best ever Murray movie. One of the best comedies... Review: One of the best and most under-rated movies I never heard about. This is the best Murray movie. Better than "Groundhog Day" and "What About Bob." Of the caliber of comedy of "The Jerk," and "Dumber and Dumber."
Rating: Summary: I laughed so hard it hurt, arguably the funniest movie EVER! Review: I do not believe that Leonard Maltin actually watched this movie, his is an out-of-the-bag review, and nor will you when you see this movie. It is Bill Murray at his best, in fact it is equal to any GREAT comedian at their best, if not better. I laughed for half an hour uncontrollably following this film. If you need a reason to live, to laugh or just to have the best time of your life, this is your ticket. If you are miserable and you haven't watched this movie, God is laughing very hard at YOU. So don't bother mopping up your tears, WATCH this movie now, it'll take years off your life. After seeing this movie you will chant along with me "All hail to Bill O great genius of the highest order", if you haven't already died laughing.
Rating: Summary: Tourist thinks he's in a play, but danger is real. Review: This movie is underrated. This movie is fantastic. Great musical score, great acting, fun story. Don't be fooled by stupid title, and silly box: watch this film. END
Rating: Summary: What a hoot!! Too many great scenes to list them all.. Review: Confusion is often funny, but sometimes it can lead to danger. In this film, confusion and danger, coupled with a marvelous cast and excellent comedic script, take us on a heckuva fun trip to London. The whole of the underbelly of the world of duplicitous spies and sneaky secret agents is cut to shreds by a simple, unsuspecting video store clerk from Iowa. Absolutely hilarious, and Bill Murray is his zany best. Joanne Whalley is the cat's meow, and is perfect as Murray's cohort. Just the mix-up of the real and pretend torture doctors is worth the purchase. You will laugh until you can't cry any more tears.
