Rating: Summary: The Man Who Knew Too Little Review: I think this is one of the funniest movies I've seen for a while. Bill Murray is just great. Some of the scenes in this movie are just hilarious. I was laughing so hard my stomach hurt. I would recommend this movie to anybody who had a bad day and wants to forget about it for awhile. Great movie with plenty of laughs. GOTTA WATCH IT! P.S. My husband & I have watched it 3 times already and I could watch 3 more times. It just stays funny no matter how many times you see it.
Rating: Summary: One of Bill Murray's Best ! Review: Bill Murray shines in this mock performance. He's up to his old tricks funny as ever, One of his best performances since "Stripes". Hitchcock would be proud of this very funny knock-off of his "The man who knew too much"
Rating: Summary: classic Bill Murray Review: This is so stupid you can't help but laugh. Bill Murray does a fantastic job of playing a clueless American that can't tell the difference between real life and theater. Everything in the movies is just ridiculous, and thats fine.. I love it.
Rating: Summary: Surprised Me Review: I didn't see the movie until it hit cable. Loved it so much I decided to buy it. Simple humor but makes me laugh.
Rating: Summary: Well written story, entertaining Review: A very clever script with some very well written situation comedy. I tried getting my teenage daughter to watch this, she thought it was extremely stupid, so the audience has to be right. I thought she'd enjoy it. I've watched it a couple of times and still found it entertaining and funny. Murray plays a hapless American caught up in a ring of international espionage while thinking that he is just playing the part in an audience participation stage play in London. A lessor actor in this film and it would have a a complete dud, but Murray's talent shines and there aren't any dull moments. A scene near the end has him dancing with Russians while unknowingly stopping a time bomb, it is very well choreographed and lots of fun to watch. This movie is a strong recommendation to any that like Murray and his talent of being funny while seemingly not trying to be. It is a good recommendation to any that enjoy clever situation comedy and aren't expecting "What about Bob?" or "Groundhog Day" which this film is not.
Rating: Summary: It's Biiiiiil Murray Review: One of Murray's better one's . Pic is a take off on a classic 30's film, The Man Who Knew Too Much. A reel goodie. In this one, Bill thinks that he is in a live (off stage) play, but little does he know that he is a target. Yeah, I know, it's been done before, but not with Bill. Get it. Sit down and watch it. Enjoy it. Don't forget the popcorn....Aloha
Rating: Summary: One of the best Review: This is one of the most engrossing movies ever. Rare is a flick that concentrates one's attention to a lazer focus like this one does. One incredibly funny scene after another. Never has there been such a perfect vehicle for the comic strengths of Bill Murray's amusing character, with the possible exception of "What About Bob?" A classic line, "I never thought anyone could forget so much, so fast without a severe blow to the head." Must see. All the way. Buy it, watch it, over and over again.
Rating: Summary: Not Just For Bill Murray Fans Review: This is a fantastic "misunderstanding" comedy. Murray plays a likable, if strange, American in Britain visiting his very busy brother. His brother books Murray in on an experimental drama show. Murray finds himself in the right place at the "wrong" time. What begins as "Tele" fun turns into spy intrigue. You'll find yourself saying, "Hey! I know him/her" throughout the movie, as it abounds with much seen and known film personalities.
