Summary: Carrey funny, movie lame
Review: If this movie had half a chance of making it, it would only be because of Jim Carrey. He is the only actor that could pull of the mad cap antics needed. But even the brilliance of Carrey couldn't hold this nowhere script together.

This movie would have been funnier just as a series of out takes highlighting Jim Carrey. The rest of the movie could have been flushed.

His sons who spend the entire movie cursing for no reason could have been much better developed and utilized in the movie. The plot could have been much better adapted to Jim's sense of humor and timing.

Like I said Jim is brilliant and that is why I gave this 3 stars. I love watching him work and as long as I only cocnentrate on him the movie is berriable.

Summary: eewwwww gross!
Review: What was Jim thinking when he agreed to do this movie?? I have been a BIG fan of Jim. I loved his comedy in Ace Ventura, dumb and dumber, Liar liar, and so forth, but this movie really was terrible. It did have some funny one liners, but there were way too many gross scenes. Not for young viewers, your parents, grandparents, or any date that you might want to impress. Over all, you wouldn't miss much if you never watched this movie. Very disappointed.

Summary: Spare Me The Kaufman-esque Jokes
Review: Coming off the two finest performances of his career in The Truman Show and Man on the Moon, Jim Carrey seems intent on wasting his incredible dramatic talents on this tripe. In what seems like a Kaufman-esque joke on his audience Carrey reverts back to his Ace Ventura form as a split personality, so misrepresented, so misdiagnosed that I wonder if the writers bothered to pick up a medical book in researching this. The physical comedy begins as passive state trooper Charlie transforms into an agressive ultra-ego, Hank. Don't get me wrong, this leads to a few good laughs but the movie gets bogged down about a half hour in as Charlie sets out to return a pretty young thing (Zellweger) to face trumped up hit-and-run charges made by her ex-boyfriend to get her back. Think There's Something About Mary minus it's eduring characters and you've got a farce barely worth your time on cable television.

Summary: HILARIOUS!
Review: Charlie Baileygates (Jim Carrey), is a Rhode Island state trooper, and an all around nice guy, but after his marriage falls apart he develops a split personality...Hank.

Hank is a dirty talking, bad tempered guy with a BAD attitude, and he wants to make Charlie's life hell.

After meeting woman on the run Irene (Renee Zellweger), Charlie falls head over heels in love, but Hank will doing everything in his power to ruin this blossoming romance.

Will Charlie rid himself of Hank? Will Irene clear her name and be a free woman? Will Charlie and Irene live happily ever after? These questions and more will be answered, but keep in mind this is a Farrelly brothers movie, so anything can happen!

"Me, Myself & Irene" is everything one would expect from the crazy mind's of the Farrelly brothers. This non-stop laugh a minute movie is a worthy follow-up to the successful "There's Something About Mary", and Jim Carrey is at his zaniest best.

This hysterical, must-see comedy is among the funniest of the year.

Summary: "Why don't you turn around and we'll play the back nine!"
Review: Overall this really wasn't a "great" movie, but did have some funny one liners. Carrey can get laughs no matter what he does but this movie lacked a lot. The plot was a little too ridiculus and it was a little degrading toward women but its just a movie, no serious message should be taken from this movie. Dumb and Dumber this is not, but if theres nothing else you want to see in the video store, this one could be an option.

Summary: ...
Review: Too many awful things to say about this movie, the worst I've seen in years. Bad premise, horrible gags, offensive languange and situations, grab-bag music. Without Carrey, this wouldn't have gotten past the studio secretary's waste basket. One star is a handout. Pitiful.

Summary: The phrase LOSER comes to mind.
Review: What a piece of crap movie. Stupid beyond stupid, no real plot and so called comedy bits tossed in here and there that had no real attachment to the story line. I don't mind rude langauge in a movie, this movie has gone to far. Cussing for the mear sack of cussing. MF this and MF that with no real point and to why it was needed. Lame with no story ... don't waste your money. Jim Carrey seems to have lost his edge, no bad movie after another. Maybe I'm getting old or more likely Jim carrey's gag are old and worn out. Loser film, loser.

Summary: Can you go Negative on the Stars?????
Review: Unfortunately we spent very good money on this movie. Taking my niece, nephews, Mother, two of our sons, my husband and myself. My previous exposure to Jim Carey was: Liar, Liar, the Truman Show, various comedy sketches, parts of Ace Ventura I & II and some Cable Guy. Because of the reviews and the previews, we had no idea the main ingredient was ranch . This film was filled with gratuitous sex. The scene in with the sexual aide was totally unnecessary. I know because I left to use the restroom before the scene came back after the scene and had to ask what the reference was too it after the movie. It was a better film to me having missed that part. But, the rest of the family will always remember the gross scene. I was embarrassed and felt the preview belied the content. I will never trust or pay first run money for any Jim Carey film. His past work in The Truman Show and Liar Liar, are but a tip of the iceberg. He is an excellent talent. But cheapens himself and his craft with trash like Me, Myself and Irene.

Summary: so silly it's not funny
Review: you watch a Jim Carrey movie with the expectation that it's going to be silly, stupid and funny. If that's your type of humour. But I found this movie so dumb. I found it really boring and not funny at all. Infact it bordered on disgusting. There was too much swearing for my liking. And Jim Carrey's role was one of his worst I've seen. Even dumb and dumber was more funny.

I was so disappointment. alot of people have asked me - what did I expect. well I expected something better than this.

Summary: Superb DVD, tons of extras!!
Review: The movie itself is very funny, and in very bad taste. So if you are a politically correct person, don't watch this movie. There are some very raunchy jokes, but I find myself laughing hard throughout this film. I was very impressed with all the added features on this dvd. There were tons of deleted scenes added, and you can even watch the film with these extra scenes in, but really, some deserved to be cut. Still, they are still funny none the less. There is also a large number of behind the scenes featurettes, which also can be branched into the movie. Very well done dvd all around, make this one I'm glad I bought.
