It ranks right up there with Caddyshack, Tommy Boy, and the Vacation series. Can't wait for a DVD release -- And how about that soundtrack!

Review: Pleeeeeease somebody re-release this and put it on DVD. The copy I stole from the movie rental store is almost wore out. This is a great comedy and one of my top 5 all time faves. Russell and Short are a great team. People, if you haven't seen it, rent it, buy it, steal it. This movie is a keeper. And to the Captain Ron nation out there..."Stay on the path, there's gorillas in the woods".

Review: I'm a 20-something college guy, and me and my buddies all watch Captain ron on average about once every week! We love it, and think it's the greatest movie ever! Kurt Russell is our hero, and we use his lines like "If anything's gonna happen, it's gonna happen out there!" -- in our daily lives! Also "Hey swab, how about another brewsky?" hehe Please put this on DVD ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
