Summary: Colin Firth...need I say more?
Review: I am very obviously, and shamelessly an enormous fan of Colin Firth. I found his witty acting in this "teen" movie delightful and such a joy. After seeing him in many other films he's been in, I found his portrayal of the father of an American teen endearing. Amanda Bynes is bewitching, and Firth and Kelly Preston round out the cast to make this a delightful movie for the entire family.

P.S. Dads and Boyfriends...Firth might steal away the women's attention for the evening!

Summary: What A Girl Wants
Review: As an avid Colin Firth fan, I watched this movie on its first day out and I was not disappointed. The story grabs one right away...as the intrigue of moneyed families always does. Amanda Bynes is believable and lovely to watch. Colin is his usual tall, devilish, restrained and finally wild English gentleman. Cannot get enough of him. Exhilerating happy ending too, which I needed just now. Rush to see this one on the big screen...do not wait for the video or dvd, although you will probably want those too.

Summary: Ain't she sweet?
Review: This is not a bad movie, it is just a movie that's been made too often. Sweet, innocent, loving American girl takes the world. The stars are cute, the movie's cute.

Seeing it beats sitting in front of the TV, but don't postpone having your hair done.

Summary: What an audience wants?
Review: I suppose now is as good a time as any for a good hearted "disney" style movie. Although expectedly a little bit predictable, the movie moves along well, and will keep you smiling(if not laughing). It also has a bit of drama(not overdone), and even a couple of villains keeping it well balanced. It's a good diversion, and worth seeing. About the only negative would be the overacting by the young starlet of this movie. It can be distracting, but her surprisingly good co-stars make up for it. Especially Colin Firth. The more I see this actor, the more impressed I am with the believability he gives his characters. I think he's ready for a starring role, and hope to see him in that capacity in the near future.

Summary: THIS MOVIE IS DEFINETLY BETTER THEN PRINCESS DIARIES
Review: Look at the subject first then read on. I love this movie when I first previews on tv for this. I can't even put feelings and thoughts into words for this. For one thing I bought the soundtrack to this and going to pre order the dvd of this when it comes available.

Summary: What A Girl Wants
Review: After viewing the Sneak Preview of this movie, I await anxiously to see it again on April 4 with my family. A wonderful family movie. I feel every girl and her father should see it together. I hope we see much more of Colin Firth in the US movie theaters.

Summary: Great chick (kid) flick!
Review: I took two nieces to the sneak peak on Saturday and we all loved it. It's a twist on the Cinderella story, with the girl, Daphne, inviting herself to the ball, in this case, looking for her father then being invited into his life, including a debutante ball. The girls loved it because Daphne never lost her cool even when another girl was trying to shoot her down. I went for Colin Firth and was delighted to see classic Colin with new moves - the dance-in-the-mirror, for one. The girls are going back next weekend with pals, and we will definitely be buying the DVD.
Great movie!
(only 4 stars out of 5 because some parts were predictable - but good.)

Summary: Great Movie!
Review: Working at a movie theatre sure has its benefits. Especially when there's sneak previews in which I have the opportunity to screen them before hand. Especially when I get to screen What a Girl Wants. (Haha, I've seen it before you! =Þ. j/k.) Anyways, What a Girl Wants is definitely a great movie to see with a friend or the whole family. For those of you who admire or crush on Amanda Bynes, you'd absoutely adore her in this movie. She looks sooo gooood! And those who like Colin Firth, he is as well a great actor. They both did a great job. Although the movie focuses and leans towards the 'mother, daughter' area, it is still a great movie for the whole family to see. This movie was funny in some parts as well it has its emotional scenes as well. I plan on seeing it again when it actually opens because I thought it was a great movie. I hope you all will find it great too! Enjoy!

Summary: dreamsome
Review: I saw the pre-screening of this movie last night and was very pleased with it.

I know it's supposed to be a vehicle for Amanda Bynes and she does a good job and is quite enjoyable but in my opinion Colin Firth steals the show. Too bad they didn't see fit to use him to their advantage in their advertising campaign.

Not only will the teen crowd like this movie but anybody with good taste in men will enjoy this movie, ladies don't let your daughters go to this movie alone!! Join in on the fun!! Colin shows a wide range of emotions and looks fantastic as ever doing it, he shows off his perfect comedic timing and even dances around in leather pants.

DON'T MISS THIS MOVIE!!

Summary: One of the GREATEST Movies I have ever seen!!!
Review: This movie was great. I recommend it to anyone that loves a cute movie that has a twist to it. It had romance, humor, and love in it. Amanda Bynes plays a girl that all she wants is her father who is a Royal Lord in Londan, all she wishes for every birthday is if she is good that her dad will come and find her. On her 17th Birthday her wish finally is coming true. She decides to go to Londan to meet her father who is supposed to be getting married to a witched woman and going to be getting a spoiled rotten step-daughter who ends up treating Dafney(Amanda) like Cinderella. In the end she gets the dance with her father that she has always wanted, a totally hot guy ... It was a GREAT movie!!!!
