Summary: I can't beleive I saw this movie!
Review: I got this movie for Christmas last year because I wanted to see it so bad and I hadn't even seen it yet when I brought it so I watched it and I hated it. Some scenes were funny but the whole movie is cheesy. I wanted to see Austin Powers 2 in theaters but I didn't have the time. I heard it beat Star Wars: Episode 1 but I think that's a rumor because Star Wars: Episode 1 was still in theaters when I got the movie for Christmas. The only thing I liked about the movie is that little dude he was funny.

Summary: Still Groovy But Just Too Close To The Original
Review: Reading some of the reviews, it's hard not to feel guily at only giving this dvd three stars. And the truth is it isn't a bad film , if parodies on major motion films is what you are after. But the first Austin movie was more than just a parody in that it gave us the ultra cool and hip character that is Powers and Mike Myers made us love him and laugh throughout the first film. Now the sequel and the truth is it just an extension of the first with some genuinely funny moments but overall a feeling of disappointment that this was not something better. So in my opinion another demonstration of a sequel that just misses the spot

Summary: How embarassing for Mike Myers
Review: Dude. Give it up. This isn't funny. The first one wasn't even that funny. I only saw the second because I heard from so many that it was great. What is wrong with people? This is an entirely uninspired, irritatingly over-long waste of my time. And it's not that it's too low-brow (Dumb and Dumber is one of my favs); it's just not funny. Mike should do himself a favor and get some professional screewriters, producers/directors and actors if he's going to make any more movies.

Summary: A rarity: a sequel that is better than the original
Review: Funnier than the original, AP:TSWSM suffers on small screen only because the laughs are larger in a big room (movie theater). The bonus features, especially the audio commentary by Myers and company, are the best thing about seeing this movie at home. You won't laugh as hard at home as you did in the theater, but the inspired goofiness of this sequel makes it a keeper.

Summary: One of the best sequels around.
Review: Director Jay Roach and Mike Myers has done it again with the sequel of austin powers. Verne Troyer is very good as mini-me also very funny. Heather Graham is Very Sweet in this film. Kristen Johnston does a good cameo as Ms.Humpalot. Woody Harrelson, Burt Bacharach, Jerry Springer, Rebecca Romijn-Stomos as thier themselfs. Most of the actors reprise their roles inculding the cameos like Charles Napier, Clint Howard, Burt Bacharach, Will Ferrell and Rob Lowe. Tim Robbins is funny fuuny as the president. Funny Commentary from the director, actor and co-writer for the sequel. Twenty minutes of deleted scenes and three music video. I willl give this four and a half stars, it will does great double feature with the first film. Grade:B+. Panavision.

Summary: Austin Powers
Review: I love Austin Powers cause he is the MAN!

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Are you kidding me?
Review: I repeat: Are you kidding me? Stupid, gross, and just plain awful film making.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Better than the first, but similar
Review: The Spy Who Shagged Me was better than the first one. The movie is very funny, especially Dr. Evil. I think that Dr. Evil is much funnier than Austin. I also think Frau and Mini-Me are good in this money. I didn't like Young Number Two, but Robert Wagner was good as Old Number Two. I did not like the Felicity Shagwell character. I thought Vanessa was much funnier. I also disliked the way the plot was almost exactly the same as the first one (Austin stopping Dr. Evil from taking over the world, almost killing him after taking over the world, the same jokes, the same idea, etc.) I would expect Felicity be a fem-bot in the third movie if there is one. This is a funny movie, but in a way stupid.

Summary: One word review: awful
