Summary: One of the greatest Comedies...
Review: What a wonderful movie it is, can't resist stopping to watch it now and then.
This is undoubtedly, one of the greatest comedies ever made.
In typical Jim Carey's movies, i find him disgustingly over acting. But this movie is an exception.
if you are a comedy lover, this is a MUST HAVE in your collection.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Dumb, but funny.
Review: I've watched this movie about 20 times and I still laugh like it was the first when I watch it again.
Yes the movie is dumb, but this is the whole appeal of it. A simple comedy that doesn't take much imagination or thought to watch, because this is how comedies should be!!!!!!!!
You put it on, grab some popcorn and laugh your ass off. It's definitely tops for Jim Carrey comedies.
It's about two idiots coping with life in their own misguided ways and the situations that arise when they get these silly thoughts in their heads, brings you on a hilarious ride that keeps you chuckling throughout the whole duration.
If you love comedies, check this one out. I stand behind this one 100%.

Summary: One of the greatest comedies ever made!!!
Review: I simply love this movie.
Delivering exactly what its title promises, this celebration of stupidity was Jim Carrey's 1994 follow-up to Ace Ventura: Pet Detective and The Mask. The film pairs the rubber- faced wacky man with Jeff Daniels as the not-so-dynamic duo of Lloyd and Harry, dunderheads who come into the possession of a briefcase containing ransom money that is intended for Mob-connected kidnappers. Lauren Holly costars as the woman who lost the briefcase, and with whom Carrey falls in love (both in real life and as his moronic on-screen character). As Lloyd and Harry make a mad dash to return the briefcase (never aware of its contents), the bumbling buddies attract Mobsters, cops, and trouble galore. This lowbrow laugh-a-thon scores some solid hits for hilarity.

The movie is funny period and is one of the funniest movies ever!
This folks is a dvd you should keep in your collection.
This is also the most original comedies ever made. This dvd is original by all means with good quality and the whole ganangra.

Summary: Painfully Stupid
Review: How far does the Q-tip have to go until this gets funny? Its unwatchably stupid. I really cannot put my finger on why I dislike this movie so much, I just do. It could be Jim Carrey's stupid faces he makes throughout the movie. Like that whole fish face thing in his dream sequence before he gets punched out. Stupid beyond all recognition. Its ashame, too, because I do like Jim Carrey. Its one of those movies where I imagine myself sucker-punching the main characters. I feel like I am out of the loop because everyone I know loves this movie.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Immensely Hilarious, Entertaining, and Re-watchable
Review: I feel a bit immature awarding a crude Jim Carrey comedy titled "Dumb and Dumber" five stars, but I believe that it deserves every bit of it. Written and directed by the Farrelly Brothers, whose other works include Kingpin, Me Myself and Irene, There's Something About Mary, and Stuck On You, are more than just comedic directors. It is obvious that they have much knowledge of other films and pop culture, along with camera techniques and characters.

The average critic would say that "Dumb and Dumber" made them laugh, but exceeded by going sometimes too far. One must remember why films were made in the first place; to make us laugh, entertain us, and make us want to come back for more. "Dumb and Dumber" exceeds with flying colors.

Summary: It had its funny parts
Review: Yeah, It had its funny parts but overall it was pretty stupid, to the point where It just became annoying. Yeah, Jim Carey is just Awsome!!!!!His movies are just the best but this one...it was funny but...just not as funny as his other movies. It was more disgusting than funny.I just didn't like it.Besides the point that there was absolutely no plot to it.so,yeah...thanks Jim for giving it its funny parts, though Ace Ventura and the Mask were better.Better luck next time.

Summary: By far the best!
Review: Dumb and Dumber is definatly the funniest movie I have ever seen. Lloyd(Jim Carrey) is AMAZINGLY hilarious, as is his faithful sidekick Harry (Jeff Daniels). This is by far the greatest movie the talented Jim Carrey has done to date. No matter how many times I see this movie I still crack up. Whenever someone tells me they haven't seen Dumb and Dumber, I give them a look of shock, haul them to my house, and force them to watch it. They are almost always in hysterics with me. This movie is 100% recommended!

Summary: Birth of the Farrellys
Review: No one really expected this to be funnier than Ace Ventura at the time but this was and is still Jim Carrey's funniest movie ever, which is saying a lot. Jeff Daniels makes a surprisingly funny partner as well. Too many classic scenes to itemize, wouldn't want to spoil them either. Go, go get it.

Summary: A Classic DVD and movie!
Review: Dumb And Dumber is FUNNY! I have seen this movie enough times to remember some of the lines, and it just gets funnier and funnier. It never gets old. The story follows around two duffess named Lloyd Christmas, and Harry. These two live in Vermont doing odd jobs: Lloyd being a limo driver, and Harry being a dog cleaner, and are trying to start their own business: a worm store called 'I got worms'. Now Lloyd is brought to a clients house, the woman is Mary Swanson: played by Jim Carrey's first wife Lauren Holley, and Lloyd falls in love with her from first site. Mary is going to Aspen, and Lloyd replies 'Oh, California.' When Lloyd drops her off, he discovers that she left her briefcase, and tries to deliver it to her, but fails.
Harry is late delivering one clients dogs, and now he gave them some food, and they are messed up with ketchup and mustard, and so he is fired, along with Lloyd. So as they head to their apartment, they are being watched by two people who were supposed to get the briefcase; they are kidnappers of Mary's husband, and in the briefcase is a million dollars for his release. Now as they drive around, they get no jobs 'unless they want to work 40 hours a week.' and they decide to go to Aspen and give Mary the briefcase, not knowing what is inside. So as they head to Aspen, Lloyd then making a wrong turn, and they end up in Nebraska, Lloyd then trades in the van for scooter, and they FINALLY get to Aspen, now they are stuck because they dont know where Mary lives; she is not listed in the phone book, they looked. So now as they get warm by a drum fire, Lloyd and Harry get into a fight, and they discover the money. So with the money, they agree that they are going to spend a few bucks and put the receipts in the briefcase so they can pay them back: they get a Presidential Suite, they buy a Lambourghini, they buy at least $20,000 worth of clothes, and they spend money like it was water. The movie is funny, and I am not going to spoil the ending, but funny though.

Summary: Classic!!!
Review: One of the best comedies ever! An absolute classic. It's something you can watch over and over and never get tired of it. The humor is original and silly, and the creativity definately is the main reason it was a huge success.
