Summary: I just love that thing you do do
Review: Just about the absolute best movies to make you feel good. Such innocence. I love the 60's and I belive this comes close to recapturing that. I love how Tom Hanks was aprehensive that this movie wasnt going to be accepted. He obviously knew that it wasnt going to be a huge blockbuster (a la Waterworld) (just kidding). But he knew that his loyals would love it and Im sure he knew that it had enough one-liners in it that people for years to come would be quoting them (Im so happy! Thanks for coming! ) You cant go wrong if you love movies with interesting plot lines and tons of zingers. I hope that you enjoy it and you have a smile thoughout the whole movie. I hope it makes you forget your troubles

Review: I really liked the story. And I liked the soundtruck too. When I was in the States for study, my class sang that song during the class! Also, Tom Hunks and Liv Tyler are my favorites! It has a romantic ending too.

Review: What can I say about such a great movie?! It is a heartwarming, funny and extremely entertaining movie that my whole family enjoyed. We do not purchase movies, but we had to get this one along with the soundtrack!! Even my "cool dude" 16 year old son loves this movie so much, he takes it to parties! And his favorite song on the soundtrack (which both my children know by heart!) is "Lovin' You Lots and Lots". We listen to it while on the computer!! The casting was perfect! Tom Everett Scott was "wonderful" and Steve Zahn was hilarious!! I just loved the scene where he plays "Go Fish" with the two elderly gentlemen!! What a riot!!! I could go on about the other cast members too, they were all fantastic. I wish there were more movies like this that everyone can enjoy. Thank you Tom Hanks for being in movies and making movies that appeals to everyone and that you can take your whole family to see....Cheers to you!!

Summary: This is such a great movie!
Review: This is a wonderful movie! It just carries you into the plot and you actually feel like you are in the movie watching it take place. This is one movie that I can watch over and over again and not get tired of it. The cast was chosen very carefully and it shows. There is real chemistry and interaction between the characters. That makes a movie fun and real to watch. Another thing I noticed was that it was so similar to the 60s! The diners, the cars, the stores, the clothes, the posters, the radios and tvs, everything was just like it really was back in 1964. I felt like I was back in 1964. This is also a movie that I feel totally comfortable with having my children watch. I have a 14 year old, a 10 year old and a 7 year old and I think they love it as much as I do. Even my 14 year old loves this movie! And if anyone has teenagers, they know that's pretty amazing! There's no sex, no violence, and I think there are only about two curse words in the movie, not bad words, a** and h***. That is a refreshing change from other movies that I do not feel comfortable letting my kids watch. So all in all, this was a wonderful movie. It had great casting, great plot, great story, and, of course, a great soundtrack.

Summary: A great romantic-comedy drama
Review: Background: I am a 24 year old male engineering and computer science student living in SC. I do have a large humanities background. Overview: I gave this movie a 8 out of 10. That is pretty high for me and considering I generally go for your action-adventure science-fiction flick it says even more. I think I like the characters the best. Every single person in the movie has such a strong personality to them that it is like sitting at a bench at the mall and just watching people and having it being fun and interesting. I was able to relate to all of the characters at a very personal level which I enjoyed. The whole story ends up being about the kiss at the very end which is a bit much. You almost fell like you are one of the band going through what they are going through. I still haven't figured out what Tom Hanks character is up to the whole way through this movie. Is he scheming and just so jaded that he doesn't care that he didn't get what he wanted in the end? Are all of the minor characters in his employ seeing to it that the kiss happens? Or is this one of those kisses of destiny movies? They are seem to have premeditated plans to achieve something. Take it as you will... In summary, it is a fun, interesting story of people and the good and bad that goes with ordinary and un-ordinary lives. Thanks.

Review: This is the best movie I've ever seen. It's a sixties flick which is witty and funny. The first time I saw this movie I didn't really like it but after I saw it a few times I loved it. It's about a 60's band from a small town that make it big and what happens to them.
