Summary: Classic Goldie Hawn vehicle
Review: A spoilt heiress falls overboard a ship resulting in amnesia and then is claimed as the wife of a carpenter with three kids. Goldie Hawn sparkles in this loveable comedy which is predictable towards the end, but there are so many laughs along the way, it really does'nt matter. The cast also includes Kurt Russel, Edward Herrmann and Katherine Helmond. A classic, recommended comedy which is charming throughout.

Review: I have literally worn out the video, having run it so often. Thank goodness it's out on DVD! Now I'm buying it again! How could anyone NOT love this movie? Goldie in her stretch between Joanna and Annie is probably some of the best work she's ever done. The chemistry beween the stars is so THERE that you find yourself believing the entire thing! I highly recommend this film to anyone and everyone. With the stuff the studios are turning out lately, Overboard stands as a true family film that all can enjoy.

Summary: The Best Movie In The World
Review: Overboard is an exellent family movie it deals with alot of funny issues and it has a very interesting ending it is dealing with a very rich lady falling off her very exspensive yaught and having a carpenter who did work for her in which she owed money go to the hospital and claim her. he brings her to his house and makes cook,clean and look after his kids. I watch this movie at least twice a day and I would personally reccomend it to everybody.

Review: This movie got such bad reviews in its theatrical release that I never saw it until one night stuck at a friend's, housesitting..and since I love Goldie Hawn I decided to pop it in. I was NOT disappointed! Goldie is at her comedic best, but it is Kurt Russell and the cast of very talented kids that provide the most laughs. This movie is a hilarious romantic comedy and you will love it. It's not quite as funny as "Foul Play" but very funny moments abound. Get it, you won't regret it!

Review: movies. I own it and I must have seen it 50 times. And it still doesn't lose it's appeal. I love Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell. My mom, sister, and I will repeat some of the lines to eachother, "Well,I almost had to wait." "Everyone in the civilized world knows that all closets are made of cedar." Get this movie, if want a great acted, hilarious comedy.

Review: Great movie! Goldie & kurt were histerical! Kurt tricks a rich snobby girl into believing she is his wife after she has a boating accident and cannot remember who she is. She finds purpose and happiness to her life without even knowing it as she also tricks the trickster himself Kurt while he finds himself and his children falling in love with her. A wonderful movie filled with comedy and love you will want this for a keeper.

Review: "Overboard" is a great movie. At first though, I didn't think I'd like it; my mom got it and I thought it would be boring, but it's hilarious! The kids are funny, and Goldie Hawn arguably did her best job ever as an actress in this one, portraying two roles, funny in both. The guy in the Dodge commercials, Grant, is rather funny also. It is one of the better plots I have seen, and it is a movie you should enjoy.

Review: The first time I saw this movie, I had no idea Goldie Hawn was in it. I surfed TV and came across this movie already in progress showing a rich, arrogant evil looking woman verbally cutting this poor carpenter(Kurt Russell) to the quick. It was several scenes before I realized "That was GOLDIE HAWN???" I didnt even recognize her!! The most incredible transformation I have ever seen. She is a great actress no matter what anyone says. One of the funniest movies I have ever seen. And it really adds to it to know Kurt Russell and Goldie are lovers in real life.!

Review: Thankfully we didn't have to wait to long before a DVD release for this great comedy. Goldie Hawn is so hilarious as a rich bitch that I wish she'd take more risks like this. Kurt Russel is great and the story so warm. Great campy fun for adults and actually a good family choice.
