Summary: I don't know why, but I love this movie
Review: I don't get it... I've no clue why I love this movie. It's Chris Farley performing his usual screw-up pratfall antics that I recalled him doing on Saturday Night Live, which I never considered even remotely amusing. But for some reason, I love him doing the same kinds of things in Tommy Boy.And it's quite possibly one of the stupidest comedies ever put to film, but it gets funnier every time I watch it. My favorite part is a mud-covered Farley doing some dorky dance and singing "She's a Maniac" while Rob Lowe hoses him down with cold water. The worst part is, this has got to be the LAMEST moment of the movie! But each time I watch this scene I gotta pause the DVD so I don't miss the next 2 minutes I would laugh through! I also consider this movie the high point of Chris Farley's short, and rather tragic, comedy acting career. So if you're looking to be entertained by something that's so stupid it's funny, you just might have stumbled on to something... Holy Schneikies.

Summary: Chris Farley's Greatest Triumph!
Review: Tommy Boy is the centerpoint of Chris Farleys talent. This movie displays his physical comedy genius as well as his ability to play off of other people. It is nonstop comedy. Two men with literally nothing in common are thrust together to try and save a town factory owned by Tommy's father. The thrillride that ensues is a comedy roller coaster of gigantic proportions. You have to see this movie to appreciate the teamwork between Farley and David Spade.

Review: Brilliant Movie. I thought it was outstanding. Farley and Spade's best, genuinely funny, hilarious! This and Billy Madison are my 2 FAVORITE movies EVER! No joke! Buy it. Outstanding!------Scene from the movie: Richard-Oh, melted chocolate all over the carburator, that really ups the resale value. Tommy-I think we're gonna be ok here, Richard, it has a thin candy shell, I'm surprisd you didn't know that. Richard-I think your brain has a thick candy shell Tommy-You're brain has the..shell on it. Richard-are you talking? Tommy-Shut up Richard CLASSIC!

Review: Everytime I watch this it gets funnier and funnier. I have this one in my top 10 comedies of all time. It is a SNL style classic! On par with Ben Stiller and Adam Sandler movies.

Review: this movie has got to be the best movie. ever. no matter what everyone else says...sure, its simple humor in some places, but hey--who wants to think about what theyre laughing at? chris farley was one of the best comedians i know cuz he could take and give abuse, and either act semi-smart, or real dumb. i miss him so much an i wish he could still be alive, so he could make more movies like this. this movie is so addictive, you will be saying phrases from the movie to your friends. honestly. every day i use the phrase "shut up richard", or "are you talking?" david spade comes up with the best comebacks, and after the comebacks, farley tries his hand at his own, but fortunately(for us,so we can have a good laugh) he fouls them up (you can take a good look at your butcher's ---....)..if uve seen it, u know what im talking about. anyway, its a really great movie and you should see it over 800 times like me.

Review: Mr Lubitsch is in great danger as it seems that a strange craze (a TV-spread virus?) has landed on the audiences -I just hope not on every viewer. A great movie? Yeah, right, that's a good one for parties. Now c'mon, let's be serious. If we could call this a movie it would be very generous of us. Guess it is too late for the already spoilt. Too bad Mr Wilder and Mr Lubitsch have not succeeded in showing people the true meaning of "funny". They did not know that brains of the human genre (as it seems) were going to shrink down in a few years'time since they passed away.

Review: tommy boy was such a great movie if you enjoy funny movies, it made me laugh so much it is very sad that chris farley passed away, i love himj so much and tommy boy was one of his funniest i think. him and david spad made the best partners for the movie.

Review: Tommy Boy is a great comedy about a loser son named Tommy (Chris Farley) with a rich dad who wants to give him his huge company. However, Tommy and his friend Richard (David Spade) have to sell 1 million brake pads in just a few months before a con artist stepmom gets all of Tommy's inheritance since his dad's death. This movie is full of non-stop laughter and primetme comedy. Between Richard's dry humor and Tommy's stupid comments, you won't stop laughing.
