Summary: A Book and Movie to remeber
Review: First of all, this was the best book ever!!! Just like Mr.Sparks said, I laughed and cried! It was so sad at the end! It's an awesome book, and I think everyone should read it! And I am looking forward to the movie, I am counting down until I see it, because it looks "marvelous", with just a few changes! And the actors look great and fit their roles perfectly! (Expessially Shane West, who I absoulutley love!!!) I think everyone should read the book and see the movie!!!

Summary: the book was awesome
Review: i admit, the book was wonderful but the movie lacked a lot of elements that was in the book. i went to a special screening for this movie and everybody thought it was awful. .... this is a movie that only a 11 year old girl would fall in love and enjoy. save your time and money. this movie was horrid.

Summary: Mandy just might pull it off
Review: I recently read A Walk to Remember, and I have to say, it's quite good. Not exactly original or shocking, but very sweet and true to the heart. From the previews alone, it looks as though Mandy Moore make this movie work. Usually when a music star tries to act, it looks cheesy and way out of their range, at least to me, but Mandy looks totally into character and good enough to make the viewer forget that she actually sings before she acts. All in all, I'm looking forward to the movie.

Summary: A Walk to Remember is the greatest movie
Review: A Walk To Remember is one of the greatest movies I have ever seen. Shane West and Mandy Moore have excellent chemistry and are actors who are definitely going to be recognized in the future. The movie is so touching I left the movie theater in tears. I was rather skeptical of Mandy Moore's acting talent, but was pleasantly surprised. She does an amazing job. Shane West is an amazing actor (not to mention HOTT) and no one else could have played Landen Carter. This movie is incredibly touching. I have read the book and thought the movie did very well representing the emotions of the book. Don't expect a copy of the book. It is definitely different, but the movie keeps the emotions and symbolism of the book. I recommend everyone see this touching movie.

Summary: I'm Wondering
Review: I read this book last week and loved it although it was very sad. It did have a wonderful message, so when I heard there was a movie being released based on the book, I was thrilled. Now I am a bit disappointed. After reading the storyline of the movie, it seems they have changed the book up a lot for the movie as to where it only seems losely based on the book. According to the article I read on it at the movie's website of ...the storyline is totally removed in many ways from the book. For those who haven't read the book it won't matter but for those of us who have, it may be a bit disappointing. I'll still see the movie though because I would love to see Mandy Moore act as she is a talented young lady.

Summary: A book to remember
Review: This book is among my top two or three favorite works of fiction. It is a classic that will hopefully receive more publicity after the movie. The movie looks to be very good since they don't change too much. But people should read the book first ( I have read it six or seven times) in case the movie isn't as good.

The actor in the movie plays the role too cooly and obnoxiously
in the trailer. He's not such a jerk in the book. Mandy Moore
is way too good-looking for the part and her clothes can't cover
this fact at all. who did the casting? Hopefully, the movie is less obnoxious than the Beverly Hills 90210 trailer.

Summary: Looks Fantastic
Review: I recently read the book A Walk to Remember and it was literally the best book I've ever read. I absolutely am dying for the movie to come out. It is sad at some parts but has a great plot about life, death, and love.

It is set in the 1950's with the two main characters, a rich boy named Landon (Shane West) and an outsider named Jamie(Mandy Moore). The last person in the world that Landon would expect to fall in love with is Jaimie. She doesn't have any friends and has never had a boyfriend. It truly is a heartwarming story that will bring tears into your eyes and a new prospective on life.

Summary: Looks Promising
Review: Finally, a movie that is PG!

Anyways, this movie looks very good.
I am not a huge fan of Mandy Moore (I have to say that I love her newest album "MandyMoore"), and I liked her performance in "The Princess Diaries" as Lara, the mean cheerleader, so I don't like this movie for her. The story looks good..

Set in a small town in North Carolina during the 1950's, this is the romantic story of the only son (West) of a wealthy family and the daughter (Moore) of the town's minister, thrown together during the town's Christmas pageant. Jamie Sullivan is basically an out-kast, She didn't belong. She was misunderstood. And she would change him forever.

I've read the book numerous times and enjoyed it, so if the movie will be anything like the book, I can be very hopeful.

Summary: Book before movie
Review: "A Walk to Remember" is by far my favorite novel. The charecters and plot were well developed and the book was overall well written. Hopefully, the movie will be a acturate portrayal of the book. Anyone who is waiting for the movie should go read the book before hitting the box office!
