Summary: The best movie I've ever seen!
Review: This movie, although at times violent, was one of the best I've ever seen and undoubtedly my personal favorite. It was incredibly well-written, well thought out, and the constant twists turns, and the incredible coincedences make this movie a must see.

Summary: Excellent!
Review: Reservoir Dogs with Class and Style, this has to be the best British Film ever made. The plot and characters are exceptionally well developed, there's the right mix of comedy, drama and tension. Buy it!

Summary: This movie is Fabulous! Pulp Fiction has a play mate!
Review: The movie has plot twists like never before and characters you can only imagine in the wildest of dreams! You have to see this movie yourself to truly understand it's magnificence and rarity in today's world of terrible teenage slasher films.

Summary: Hated It
Review: Cannot agree with the other reviews. Got caught up with the marketing of this film. Not quite the worst film I own but a close second. Found the story drawn out and a bit slow. The story as it leads into the action scenes is much too long. I found the sub-plots a waste of time. Anyone want to buy my copy.

Summary: Another Hit From Britain!
Review: This movie is well worth watching. It's fun, full of irony, violence, and enough British slang even for you Anglophiles out there! Guy Ritchie does a phenomenal job, and the the camera work is outstanding! Don't be remiss, this is not the film to miss!!

Summary: Makes "Pulp Fiction" look like amateur hour
Review: I don't usually like action movies, but this one blew me away. The acting was outright brilliant, and the direction was outstanding. I don't know who any of the actors are, except Sting, and I don't care - they were all incredible. Is it possible for four guys to be that inept, yet so lucky? I plan to watch this one over and over.

Summary: Trainspotting meets Rez Dogs and kicks its arse
Review: One of the few truly great films of the last year, Guy Ritchie's debut features incredible camera technique, superb plot twists, and situations guaranteed to please fans of fine cinema. A British import, this film saw little screen time in the US, which is a crying shame, although I was lucky enough to catch it at a campus screening. Imagine Trainspotting's Danny Boyle directing Reservoir Dogs with a cast which includes actual English ex-cons and footballers and you'll begin to see the light. The intricate plot stands up to repeated viewing, and the ending will nearly make you wet yourself. What are you waiting for, buy it already!! The DVD includes a Cockney slang dictionary that could help out some of the more confused Americans in the audience.

Summary: One of the funniest movies that I've seen lately.
Review: I think that this is one of the funniest movies out there and that it's a true testament to how good a lot of the British filmmakers are. I was in London in the summer of '98 when the posters for the movie were pasted everywhere, but I never got a chance to see it, so when I saw the trailers for it here I went to the theatres as soon as I could, because my British friends had all been raving about it. It was great in the theatres, but it will probably be better for non-British people on tape 'cause they can rewind it to catch more of what they are saying and better understand the movie. This film makes me wish that we got more British films here in the States.

Summary: Couldn't understand half of what they said & STILL loved it!
Review: Ok, maybe one of you Londoners could come out with a translation guide for us poor Yanks so we can "get" all the jokes & understand all the dialogue! As it was, I LOVED this flick! Glad I saw it on video, so we could stop & rewind & listen to parts over again. Constant action, the most intricate plot, fascinating & 3-dimensional characters- what's not to love?

Summary: At it like a fiddlers elbow, in like a dirty shirt
Review: This film is what I have been waiting for anyone thatlives in london will be able to recognise someone they know from the cast from barry the bishop to nick the greek. for this east end boy this film certainly was life changing. Pushes alfie and get carter of the top spot. Excellant camera work. NORTHERN MONKEYS!!!
