Summary: Truly one of the funniest movies ever produced; never tires.
Review: There have been countless great comedies made but this ranks as one of the all-time best; perhaps Abrahams, Zucker, and crews' greatest accomplishments (and they've had a few). Even after you've seen it numerous times (and I have, a whole lot), the gags never wear thin. It's irreverant and silly. One of my favorite running parts of the film is the sound of propellor engines powering a jet airliner.

Review: Ladies and gentlemen, please fasten your seatbelt because "Airplane!" will make you laugh right out of your seat. This parody from "Airport" and it's star studded cast with Robert Hays who plays a former war fighter pilot who boards an airline that is bound to lose its crew and must fly the plane to Chicago. Other cast includes Peter Graves , Lloyd Bridges, and Leslie Nielsen. While watching this flick, some scenes are spoofed from "Airport" movies and sequels one will catch has hillarious.

Review: How much more can be said about Airplane!, other than great, funny-literal, classic, bonus,etc. I can watch this movie and rate it as 5 stars because of the time and decade it was made compared to the near-millenium of movies full of...well i'm sure everyone knows what i mean. My dream is to be in a movie like Airplane!

Review: Perhaps the funniest film I've ever seen. Maybe this kind of humor has been done a bit much since this groundbreaking movie came out, but I still return to this original one and laugh yet again at the same old gags after many viewings.
