Summary: Bizzare, interesting, nudie film.
Review: Fisrt, skip the whole "Streets of a Thousand Pleasures" feature. Save it for a day you are bored and have nothing to watch. Now for the rest of the DVD...

"Mondo Topless" is fun, and a riot. It starts out as a sort of Physical Fitness documentary about how dance is an acceptable form of excercise for the 1950's woman. Of course, the most energetic style of dancing is... You guessed it: Striptease! After some weird nudie exercise scenes, you go on a tour of Baltimore's Burlesque district. It is a lot of fun seeing that the '50s were not all about Burger Joints and the Sock Hops :-)

There are several shorts included, most involve house wives stripping for fun. The best feature is "Breast Orgy" starring Uschi Digard and Candy Samples, as well as 8 to 10 other buxom women. They are centered around some guy who spends 20 minutes feeling them all up. Nothing hardcore. Just topless and touching.

All the standard Something Weird Video additions are there. Great trailers, promo art and radio spots.

Summary: Not bad, but surprisingly boring after a while
Review: Street of a Thousand Pleasures is basically one long excuse to ogle naked women, which it allows the viewer to do very well. The plot is very thin, an American (played by John Tull of Sassy Sue and Midnight Plowboy fame) saves the life of a sheik, who in gratitude reveals his harem, which is basically a hundred girls standing around naked. It seems like the film was originally intended for 3-D, as the camera zooms in and apparently up against breasts, belly buttons, etc. This film does have some simulated sex, with tons of frontal nudity. Despite this, it eventually gets tedious, Tull's character wanders from one room to another looking at the girls, which he's more interested in than actually having sex with the girls throwing themselves at him. Uschi Digard and Michelle Angelo are in the film briefly, the rest are a mix of cute and skanky.
Mondo Topless is your basic 60's T&A, with no frontal nudity and not much in the way of plot to recommend it. The extras are good if sometimes a little odd, mostly 60's nudie type stuff. Breast Orgy does have some full nudity although like Thousand Pleasures gets tedious after a while.
