Review: You probably know all you need about the movie itself; I'll comment on the decision to by this release of it.

This DVD is AMAZING. There's "remastering," and there's the professional treatment of this classic. The picture is incredible! I'd swear it was sharper than many contemporary movies. The sound is very clean, and is well-separated and edited.

Definitely get the gift set, if you love this movie. The extras are well worth the added cost.
