Summary: Watch Real Gundam for Crying out Loud!
Review: I'm a Gundam fan, okay, I'm a Gundam junkie. I collect models, build them, I own every DVD, my room is decorated with wall scrolls... you get the picture. So I was obviously very eager to get my hands on this, BIG DISAPPOINTMENT ...^_^)

Okay, this game has decent animation. It did however, come out in year 1995-1996 so I was sort of expecting that. The characters [are weak], the storyline is [also weak], Zechs is an [imitation] of Char, the whole thing's just bad. Do NOT waste your money on this (Altron Custom however is great, but in the OVA series Endless Waltz). If you are a hardcore gundam fan however, it looks good on your shelf.
Oh, but it has a good soundtrack, worth purchasing soundtrack. Only Operation 1 however is worth it.
Only buy this if you are
1. A person who likes to see heros who always win
2. a person who knows nothing about Gundam
3. if you're a collector
4. If you want to see if I'm speaking true.

Summary: Not as good as it used to be.
Review: Like many Americans, I was introduced to the fine world of Gundam. Yes, this used to be my favorite show. Until I saw the other Gundam series and they are better. While Mobile Suit Gundam had Amuro, who's the biggest wuss there is, it still was good. I just think that the Universal Century series is better, along with G Gundam. The only thing Gundam Wing has against the first ones was it had better Gundams, but Gundam Wing's storyline is way to confusing. Semper Fi!

Summary: With all the hype about MS Gundam Wing...
Review: Gundam Wing didn't do much for me. The storyline is as slow-paced, and the action sequences didn't impressed me as well.

There wasn't any character build up throughout the series, they are more like a tool to me compare to the Macross Trilogy or to Neo Genesis Evangelion. I enjoy the air-to-air combat on Macross as well as the one-on-one barbaric fights on Evangelion.

Summary: one of the best anime ever!
Review: Gundam Wing has been one of my favorite for awhile now, great storyline, dramatic, great soundtrack. Anyone who hasn't seen it they are missing out for sure. I haven't seen it with the English dubbing because they usually don't do a good job, but I am glad I understand japanese:) even with that, I still think people would really enjoy this series. Its a must have in your collection.

Summary: An Insult to the Gundam Series!
Review: I first came across the Gundam series at a young age, and I watched eagerly as each new series made it's appearance. Gundam Z, Gundam ZZ, G Gundam. Then, after the long awaited arrival of Gundam Wing, I was severely disappointed. Although the animation may be higher-tech than the starting series of G Gundam, I found that it did not make up for it's terrible storyline.
As I watched the first couple of episodes, I didn't think it was anything spectacular, more something just wrong, but I kept watching, remembering how G Gundam had started off just as slowly. The problem was was that Gundam Wing didn't pick up. It continued it's slow pace for the rest of the series, 5 skilled pilots to fight a whole army in a guerilla war?
First off, why are the main characters so good looking (to say the least), all of the not-so-good-looking people are automatically considered bad (with the exception of Zechs Marquise who however became "good" in the OVA series of Endless Waltz) My other complaint is how completely skilled these pilots were, every mission they got away unscathed except for those special few in which Lady Une has a mental attack and lets the pilots go. The enemy soldiers, would probably shoot themselves they're so dull-witted.
However, if you are a die-hard-core gundam fan, it is great to see on a shelf, and it's a Gundam series, can't be that bad. So if you enjoy this kind of thing, buy it, but I hope you cometo know the "true" gundams one day.

Summary: Awesome
Review: First off let me say I gave this four stars ONLY becuase it is not my favorite Anime. (In my mind nothing can beat Rurouni Kenshin) Like many others in America I was first introduced to Gundam Wing late one night while watching Cartoon network. I saw an episode about half way through the series and thought it was great. When I saw this series come out in a box set I wanted to buy it, but had second thoughts. You see I have seen some of Mobile Suit Gundam 083 and some of the other ones, and I didn't like them at all. For some reason I could not stand that little twerp Amuro. Let me say this though, this series is nothing like the others. Awesome story line, excellent characters, and lots of action make this series a must in your collection.

Summary: Best Series Ever
Review: This is the best series ever. I don't just mean in anime either. All genres. It's intense and has more meaning than anything out there on American television.

Summary: The most popular Gundam series in America
Review: I've rated this 4 stars only because it's not my overall favorite anime series, but it outdoes so many other series and is surely the most popular gundam title in America along with its infamous movie,Endless Waltz which is also one of the best anime movies out there and has incredible work put into it.
Aside from the factors that make this a hit as said by so many others, it also portrays young men as rivalring entities. What I mean is to apply what they say to recent times (9/11), especially Endless Waltz:
"Soldiers have fought to attain a sense of peace. Believe in the world we live in today!"
Soldiers do their duty to fight for peace, not hate if it is for true justice and righteusness. If you can have peace, then it's the people's responsibility to maintain the peace.
"With great power comes great responsibility."
I learned a good deal from this. I recommend both the series and movie.
