Summary: Vash the Sissy
Review: I hate this anime with a passion, the fact that Vash doesn't kill his foes makes me want to puke in my Borscht!! Vash isn't masculine either, he cries randomly in the show, which agrivates me as well. Also, those two insurance girls are cheap anime rip-offs of the classic dog and cat duo, Ren and Stimpy. Being Meryll is small and mean, like Ren, and Millie is big and stupid, like Stimpy, but Ren and Stimpy are loveable and funny, those insurance girls aren't!! I also don't like the Western-style enviroment, it reminds me too much of those crappy Westerns on AMC. You Trigun fans better not say that I'm an evil conservative for denouncing the philosophy of "killing is wrong!!" I'm not conservative, I'm communist!! Villans deserve to be killed!! No ifs ands or buts!! Watch Akira and Wicked City, those were much better than this crappy show!! If you want entertainment with a protagonist who kills his foes, watch Enemy At The Gates, that movie is about Vasily Zaitsev, a Soviet sniper in WW2. Plus, it was based on a true story and it kicked ass!! If you watch Trigun, you'll regret it.

Summary: Trigun is the greatest!
Review: If you like Cowboy Bebop at all, and for some amazing reason you have NOT seen Trigun, do it immediately. Vash the Stampede is a loveable, bumbling fool for the beginning of the series but quickly shows that he is much deeper, smarter, and craftier a fighter than he initially lets on. Moving, interesting stories are what keeps this series fresh and makes each episode watchable over and over again. The relationships that Vash builds between himself and his enemies is a nice look at a wild west type world with futuristic undertones, but trust me, its better than I can describe in words. Vash is funny, trustworthy, goodlooking, and yet deep inside, troubled by his past and the actions of others. For anime lovers, this series is a must-have up there with Cowboy Bebop, Ranma 1/2, or Evangelion. The only problem I have is the price, which is high ANYWHERE you look, but hey, save it up and get this set, well worth it.

Summary: Pretty good...
Review: I liked Trigun. Really. But I didn't love it- there were some fundamental errors with it, definitely.

The characters were the first good thing about Trigun. Vash the Stampede, Meryl Strife, and Millie Thompson were a great "team" (if you really want to call them that...). Their interactions kept the series interesting.

However, there were a few problems too... The music was uneffective to me- there were a few "moments" but besides those the music was kind of absent. This anime was also too long for its plot. It seemed like everything was very stretched out, but then at the end there was a race to fit everything in and confuse the watcher as much as possible, and I think the important events could have been better placed earlier in the series.

Trigun is a great anime, but definitely not my favorite.

Summary: I am 14 and it was PHENOMENAL!
Review: Diffinatly worth the money. This series is amazing. I only found 1 thing i didnt like, that is, the begining is very slow and monotonous. Once you get to the 6th or so episode, you wont stop watching. I finished this 13 hour series in 3 days i loved it soo much! It is rated pg 13, but i feel it would be more appropriate for 14-15 and up.
The story line is about a guy named Vash the Stampeed, he is an outlaw with a 60 billion doller bounty on his head. The whole story is about him trying to hunt down his brother and stop him from destroying humanity YOU NEED THIS ANIME!!!

Summary: bad animation good story and characters
Review: First of all if u want a real gun ho shoot em up, funny, great animated action scenes, and yet still mature get cowboy bebop. This animation could of been a four star if it werent for the bad animation. the story is pretty good yet not to complicated like neo genesis where they leave holes in the fabric of the story at the end. Characters are a must and they have some realy entertaining ones. all in all good story and characters(even thouth the insurance girls can be sometimes annoying) but the action animation scenes suck and so dose alot of the animation in the series.

Summary: Intense..
Review: Trigun is a masterpiece. The plot is brilliant, the characters are the deepest I've seen since Cowboy Bebop..Trigun made me laugh constantly and cry like crazy..The funny moments are unforgettable, and the serious moments pull you into one person's struggle until you cry with them. After the 10th episode the plot has to pull together so the humor cuts back slightly, but it opens up so much more...I've never felt so strongly before from an anime...Trigun would be my all time favorite had I not sworn my immortal soul to Cowboy Bebop.

Summary: Cowboys From The Future
Review: takes place in a future but all the places look like western towns and it feels like a western with all the deserts, gun fight duels and bar fights even. Everyone is terrified of the main character named "Vash the Stampede" , he is considered the deadliest man alive. All the people know about,. Vash is that he is a drifter and every town he goes into gets pulverized. So there's a large reward for his capture, but nobody in the story really know who he is or what he looks like. But that's part of the charm of the whole series. When we are introduced to, Vash we think that he is cool and mysterious, but it turns out that "Vash" is a coward and a klutz. He acts so dumb, that people have trouble believing that he really is who he claims to be. We later find out that the destruction of the towns is caused by the bounty hunters trying to kill him; not by Vash's actions. He mostly survives the destruction either out of luck or his inhuman dodging skills. He's very agile and has amazing reflexes that allow him to dodge bullets and avoid explosions. Even more surprising when he shows off is marksmanship. Each episode has Vash traveling to different towns and meeting interesting characters with funny stories. My only complaint is that I didn't like the genre mix of sci-fi/western, and the ending sucked! But overall this series is very entertaining. The characters are funny and the stories are fun to watch. The series takes a more serious tone after episode 8. Some blood and gore- for teenagers and adult. Some of the episodes are self contained. Ends on 26.

Summary: Trigun!
Review: Yeah..I'll make this short.Trigun's good. Some say the animations sucks, but they must be able to do better.Suuuuuure.Also,some animation studios aren't that rich. It's character development that counts, anyway.I like its old school look.the music fits, but isn't that good.lots of fillers, but they all help develop the characters, and they're all in the begining, forming a...First season, sort of...This series has lots of cool characters, and they all have a gun of some kind.Heh.Except Legato.he doesn't need one.He sorta has a death wish anyway.
Errrrm..Buy it now.

Summary: Buy the import
Review: The series gets 4-5 stars, but I give this release 3 for the outrageous price and number of discs. Buy the import at the "new & used" section! It's only 3 discs, much cheaper, and still has dual language and English subtitles.

Summary: Awesome!! Trigun rocks!!!
Review: I am 11 years old. 6 months ago my best friend had me go over to his house. That day was the first time i ever saw trigun. I loved it. I wanted to immediately started collecting the dvd's. I was obsessed with trigun. i wound up buying it here for the best price i found on the web. Trigun is a great anime cartoon starring a man named Vash, who blew up an entire town and has a 60 billion dollar price on his head. It is a really interesting show. His evil brother named knives made him activate his ultimate attack. Vash is actually a good person. There are also cool characters, like my favorite, Wolfwood. A must have for any anime fan!!!!
