Summary: Leslie Sansone two and three mile walk
Review: I first walked the two and then three mile walk with Leslie at my Wellness Center and loved it. She is extremely easy to follow and you really get a great workout. I had been on the treadmill and cross trainer and when I tried the walk with Leslie I found muscles that were not getting worked out! You will work up a sweat and you will feel great afterwards. I loved it so much I just ordered the Walk the Walk 3 DVD set so that I could do it at home when I can't make it by the Wellness Center. I'm like most of the others, it doesn't bother me that the tapes are dated. It is the work out that counts!

Summary: Great Workout
Review: I love these DVDs. I get a great workout and do not have to face the elements of the rainy Seattle streets! I especially like the meter which shows how far I have walked.

Summary: An oldie but goodie!
Review: I started Walk Aerobics with the 2 Mile Walk and love it. My video is worn out so I needed to get something new. I purchased this set because of cost and it looked like it was going to give me a little more to choose from. Though it is "old" in dress and music, it still does what it says it will. I highly recommend Leslie Sansone's Walk Aerobics. Who cares how the people are dressed compared to today? Not me. As long as the workout is helping me accomplish my goal of being healthy with excercise, I'm satisfied!

Summary: Great Start to a New Life
Review: I'm 31 years old, about 80 pounds overweight, diabetic, and arthritic so it doesn't matter to me if this is a re-release considering I also do a very old Denise Austin video (Low Impact, Non-aerobic) and Richard Simmons "Sweating to the Oldies". I have finally found an excellent addition to my daily routines. With these DVD's, I'm on my way. I found these extremely easy and quick. I have worked my way to the Two-mile which I will do daily until I'm ready to tackle the four-mile. These videos are easy to follow with no difficult steps, and a good cardio workout. It doesn't matter how old these are, it just matters that they work if you work with them. It's one step at a time!!!

Summary: This is gonna be good!
Review: I've only seen the 1 mile tape in this collection and I can already tell I'm gonna like it. The three tapes are of varying intensities and lengths, providing a progressive workout as you increase in fitness. Or you can rotate the tapes to provide variety and interest, or use a shorter tape on days when you have less time to exercise. I think I might even be able to use tape one (15 minute mile with optional 5 minutes of toning) in the mornings before I "officially" start my day.

I was afraid these tapes would be too tame. I was a former advanced stepper but after a long time away from exercise, I don't have the stamina or leg strength to do even easy stepping - after my last attempt at stepping my knees hurt for a week - but these all floor, low impact moves are within my ability and still provide challenge and progression. Nondescript but upbeat music, no distracting set or funky moves. I can't wait to get on to tapes 2 and 3 in this set.

Summary: I absolutely love these DVDs
Review: My sister recomended these DVDs to me a few months ago. She has four kids currently-all in the space of just under six years. When I saw her last, she had lost SIXTY pounds just doing these DVDs a couple of times a week. I just had my second child, and after a dibilitating car accident, well needless to say, I need to loose a lot of weight. So I decided to try these DVDs. I have had them a little over a week and have done both the one mile and the two mile-infact I just finished the two mile a few minutes ago. They are great! They are very low impact-I have bad knees from the car accident, and a plate in my left arm, also from the accident, and I can do the two mile without any pain in my knees, and I can do push ups which I haven't done in almost four years! They are fun and easy, and I can tell already that I am loosing weight. It only takes a half hour to do the two mile, which I can still do with two kids. I also like this because I am so much overweight, I can do this in the comfort of my own living room, without the uncomfortable stares of other people at the gym or the track. Also, you can move around up and back, side to side, but you don't have to. It is very flexable. Currently I am living in a hotel room in MS while my husband is in Air Force training, and I can do it easily in my 12x9 hotel room. I highly recomend this to anyone who will listen ... So buy and enjoy!

Summary: An oldie but goodie!
Review: The Walk series are absolutely fantastic! I've been a walker for many years, going about 4 miles a day three to four times a week plus. This is great when the weather is bad and the treadmill gets way too boring. Leslie keeps you motivated and makes the workout fun! I also have asthma and have no problems doing this workout, where I have difficulty with any aerobic type routines! Great if you're just starting out or if you exercise regularly!
