Summary: Rabbit Proof Fence
Review: RABBIT PROOF FENCE IS A MOVIE ABOUT THREE ABORIGINE GIRLS WHO LEAVE A BOARDING SCHOOL AND TRY TO FIND THEIR WAYS HOME.

RABBIT PROOF FENCE IS AN EXCELLENT MOVIE. MY FAVORITE ACTOR IS MOLLY BECAUSE SHE KNOWS THE DIRECTIONS. SHE KNOWS HOW TO HUNT FOR FOOD AND SHE IS THE ONE THAT MAKES DAISY AND GRACIE RUN OFF WITH HER. SHE WAS A GREAT LEADER AND SHE IS ALWAYS LOOKING FOR THE FENCE. ANOTHER REASON I LIKED THE MOVIE WAS BECAUSE THE MUSIC WAS BY PETER GABRIEL. I HEARD MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS. THE MUSIC MADE ME FALL ASLEEP.

IN THE DOCUMENTARY IT SHOWED WHEN EVERLYN SAMPI HAD TO CUT HER HAIR. SHE WAS MAD. SHE DIDN'T WANT TO REPEAT THE LINES ALL THE TIME. SOMETIMES SHE STARTED TO CRY AND WENT IN HER ROOM. SHE WOULD NOT LET THEM IN THE ROOM. ANOTHER GOOD PART OF THE DOCUMENTARY IS THAT VIEWERS CAN LEARN ABOUT ABORIGINAL HISTORY IN THE 1930'S.

Summary: Rabbit Proof Fence
Review: "Rabbit Proof Fence" is about three girls, Molly, Gracie and Daisy. These girls ran away from the boarding school in Moore River, because they wanted to go home. The mom and all the women did ceremonies to help them spiritually. Their spirits were lifted by they're spirit bird. Their mom's spirit was also lifted when she saw the bird. Their home was in Jiggalong 1,500 miles away. Molly and was brave to go that far for that long

I would recommend this movie because it is a story of courage and bravery. It took bravery to runaway from the boarding school. They had to be brave while they were being tracked by Moodoo the tracker. They were some of the aboriginals stolen generations. The three girls were brave to go that far without water. They were strong and brave enough to last that long without support or food. They had courage to keep going on they're journey home.

This movie started as a class assignment, and I didn't think I'd like the movie. I never knew that they had boarding schools there like they had here. What changed my mind was that while I was watching it because once we started I had to know what happens at the end.

Review: Three girls were taken away from their parents and put in a boarding school. They ran away. One got taken back to the boarding school. Two got to see their mom again.

Molly, Gracie, and Daisy showed alot of bravery to run away from the boarding school.' 'Moodoo,'' the tracker, tried to find them so he could take them back. David Gululli was the actor in the movie Walkabout. He was very realistic in this movie set in Australia.

In conclusion, this movie is unique. it taught me about how Aborigines thought about getting taken away from their parent. I think the Europeans cared thet they wore the same clothes and looked the same as them. They didn't think they were stealing these children. There is a lot to learn from this movie.

Review: Rabbit-Proof Fence

The movie is about three girls Molly, Daisy, Gracie. They were taken from their mother and taken to Moore-River where they would learn how to become servants for white people. On the second day at Moore-River they escaped and followed the Rabbit-Proof fence back to their mother. It was a 1500 mile adventure.

There are a few good reasons why you should see the Rabbit-Proof fence. First, its a real exiting story. Second youget to learn about Australia's history and how it was back then. Also the actors that play the parts of the three girls were really convincing and that is why I liked the movie.

In conclusion, I think every one should see this movie because it's a really great movie and you get to learn the history of Australia. Its a real exiting and adventurous story and I think every one would like it.

Review: RABBIT PROOF FENCE

The movie was GREAT!! It was suspenseful. You never knew what was going to happen next.

The 3 aborigine girls were always being followed by the tracker. They were also helped alot by people that you never would of thought. For example a white farmlady gave them food and coats.A white man helped them navigate which made the movie more exciting.

I like this movie. I think people should watch it. I also think it is bad taking kids from their families this is why they called the thousands of Aborigine children taken away "The Stolen Generation.

Review: RABBIT PROOF FENCE
The Rabbit Proof Fence is about 3 Aborigine girls Molly, Daisy, and Gracie. They were taken to a boarding school ran by Mr. Neville played by Kenneth Brapagh. They made a 1,500 mile trip along the rabbit proof fence home. But Gracie was caught and was taken back and they never saw her again.

I recommend this movie because it is exciting they always get help, they managed to escape, the got home and lived there until they died.

This is a movie I will never forget in 8 years and if you watch it I don't think you will forget either. I recommend you watch the documentary at the end. The documentary shows how the movie was made; especially important was watching how the 3 aboriginal girls trained to act. This is a great movie and you should watch it.

Summary: Rabbit Proof Fance
Review: A white Australian took three Aborigine girls and put on a train then on a truck and it took them to the boarding school. They had to speak English and they couldn't speak their language. Also the whites treated the aborigines mean and dirty and the whites padlocked the doors because of girls try to run away at night. Then the three girls escaped from Moore River.
Tracker was following the girls and he knows where they started running from and where they laid and hid. Tracker found their tracks and caught up with the girls and then he missed them at the fence. Also the government didn't have money to look for the Aborigine girls and they figured out they where following the fence home. Molly's mom and grandma where holding ceremonies.
In conclusion, this showed me other native cultures have suffered. I thought that Indians were the only one that suffered and no other places. And now I know how white cultures have changed others in the passed years. This is a movie to watch with family members and to show younger kids so you can show how they treated other kinds of cultures.

Summary: Incredible true story of amazing young girls!!!

Summary: An amazing story of courage
Review: Two years after seeing the movie, I can still recall the story. It was haunting to see what those kids had to do but it was even more moving to see what they would do to get back to their families. Another memorable scene is when the a ground of English ladies are shown a short presentation on how the program is helping the "mixed" children. There was even scientific data to support their claims. It's just a reminder of how we can always "justify" our cause no matter how outrageous it would eventually be a century later.

The movie itself is not as depressing as it sounds. Beautiful landscape sometimes makes one forget the tragedy that happened .. for a moment. In the end, I think you'll leave with the believe that love conquers all.
