Summary: Very Very Very Good Box Set
Review: I own this DVD box Set, and I am glad I got it. You get all the music videos and more, both the Japanese and English voice's, and the English voice's are good. You get pictures, and profiles of the Seiryu Warriors. I think if you like this series you should get this set, I know the prices is high, but you should get it. If you don't you will miss out on something.

Summary: A Must See for Anime Fans
Review: This set is the second half of the first "version" of Fushigi Yuugi. My best friends and I purchased it and watched all four DVD disks in a day and a half. It was so good and each episode left you wanting more that we just couldn't stop. I don't want to give anything away, but at the end of the very last episode, watch all the way through the credits or you'll hate yourself. ^_* Shannon Age: 21

Summary: INCREDIBLE GREAT STORY
Review: Fushigi Yugi is in my opinion ONE OF THE BEST Anime-SERIES. The story is unbelievable... after seeing the 1st DVD I couldn't stop to watch all the series! The grafics aren't that good but if you like a story where you aren't able to predict the end --> BUY IT NOW (at last I couldn't guess the end)!

And the boxes alone are worth the money :-)

Summary: 'Tis the end...
Review: Well, here's the last 26 episodes we've all been waiting for. This is the end of one of the most beloved series/manga ever, Fushigi Yuugi.

I've got both DVD boxed sets and love them as my own children. I don't let anyone take them out of my room, and if they want to watch it, it'll be in my presence.

Once again, our favorite characters are back in action, though this time, it's not so light-hearted. Everyone's known all along that there will be sacrifices, but that doesn't stop us from crying our eyes out. ;_; (Nuriko...might I mention that his death is the single most depressing moment in Anime?) But do not let anything stop you from ordering this phenomenal set, or you will regret it forever.

Like the first season, the Seiryuu boxed set is highly addictive. Proven when I promised myself that I'd only watch three episodes a day and the number got booted up to eight...-_-; I've always loved Anime, but FY just put everything else behind.

Summary: No spoilers!
Review: The characters that you have come to know and love (and hate for that matter) each have a history that was previously unimportant to the set up of the story. Now that you have spent 9 hours in the character development process there is no doubt that you are part of this story in more ways than you can expect. You will be overwhelmed with joy, outrage, sorrow and surprise just as if you were directly involved in each action, each new part of the journey to summon Suzaku.

As you discover more about the origin and histories that brought about the individual personalities for each character, you will realize that this story is so much deeper than the love/tragedy soap-opera that it pretends to be. The facade slowly melts away to reveal the truth between two worlds, and you may be given a chance to learn quite a bit about about yourself as well.

I didn't expect this at all. Know that satisfying empty feeling that you get when you have finished a book that really meant something to you, touched you and/or changed your life? That's meaningless in comparison.

Summary: Incredible Anime Series Comes to an end!
Review: Fushigi Yugi is an incredible anime series filled with love, hate, friendship, betrayal, action, and suspense. If you have already seen the first half of the show then the awesome cliffhanger is going to make you purchase this incredible edition of Fushigi Yugi. The first half of the series will introduce you to the characters, be prepared however, the second half of the series is not so light-hearted. It is much darker and deals with many tragedies, but don't let that stop you from buying this! Though the tragedies are a bit stronger the fun-filled comedy moments are still jam-packed into these 26 great episodes.

Summary: Extremely good anime series! The best of all times!

Summary: Stunning conclusion to a stunning anime
Review: The first season was filled with beautiful stories, beautiful characters, beautiful animation...pretty much beautiful everything. The second season picked up exactly where the first season left off. This season started off with a bang, finished up with a bang, and was filled with everything that made the first season so spectacular in between. This is definitely a must-have for your collection.

The plot twisted and turned with the same precision as in the first season. It absolutely kept you guessing most of the time. One thing (of the many) that this anime has over most others is that it never gets predictable. The same passion flows throughout this half of the story -- it's amazing that they were able to sustain it over 52 episodes. I thought that the first season was filled with tear-jearking moments...I was npt prepered for this half. I'll be the first to admit that there were some points that I was in tears...you'll know the parts when you get to them.

Filled with good action, extremely funny moments, wonderful characters, and a mezmorizing story, Fushigi Yuugi is easily one of the best (if not the best) saga ever made. You absolutely have to watch this series. Just a couple of notes: 1) just like the first series, it is filled with chibi-fied parst, if that bothers you it may be a problem (believe me it's worth it to get past it). But, it your like me and don't care, the it won't be a problem. 2) there are some pretty mature themes running thgough this series -- there some nudity, swearing, rape themes, etc. It may not be suitable for children...you'll have to be the ultimate judge of that though.

Summary: End of the Series
Review: I give this 5 Stars. A truely wonderful ending to a truely wonderful series. A must see if you are a Fushigi Yugi fan. You'll still be crying even after the credits are done rolling. Watch as Tamahome fights Nakago to the final showdown and discover secrets you never would've guessed.

Summary: I'd give it 10 stars if I could!
Review: I can't help but love this anime.. It's just great. I can't help but praise it. The 2nd half is much better than the 1st half since it seemed like it was introducing a bit. Well I will say something, if you didn't like the first half, then MAYBE Fushigi Yuugi is not for you and you might not enjoy the second half either.

Well, the second half is simply surprising with plot twists and everything. Don't worry, there's still the comedy and you'll still find yourself laughing. And why not get these DVDs? 26 episodes, extras, great packaging and all by Pioneer, my favorite DVD distributor. So what are you waiting for? Go out and order your copy today!
