Summary: Getting Underway
Review: This second collection builds upon the introductions of the characters from the first collection pretty well. The coming war between the Lucifer Hawk and AMP builds up subtlely.Disc wise is pretty much the same between the first and second collections. Episode 16, the one involving Yuki and Toru is a great romantic plot. All in all the series is progressing pretty well, but I can't help but feel the plot isn't really being driven hard enough. I don't know exactly how many episodes there are, but at this rate I wouldn't be surprised if there were 40+. Too bad for my wallet (^,^).
