Summary: Good confusing fun
Review: A touching story about a young high school student (though the subtitles have been changed to make her a college student) who resents her amply-bosomed classmates. Ever-resourceful, she dons a mask and brightly-colored padded bra, and becomes a superheroine. Her mission is to capture her busty peers, make silicon molds of their breasts, and threated to shame them by showing off the breasts in public unless they start wearing breast-constricting girdles. But her plan goes awry, for some undiscernable reason, when she meets and falls in love with another woman.
This clumsy attempt at soft-core porn is not even slightly titillating, but it is weird, confusing, and comfortably silly. Good viewing for a night with friends and some light drinking. The best part are the scenes that didn't make it into the film - namely, about a dozen takes of the main actress falling off of a bicycle.
